An unauthorized communication detection apparatus comprises: a reception module configured to receive operational data; a transmission module configured to transmit the operational data; an acquisition module configured to acquire a correction value for correcting a determination expression for calculating a score for determining whether the operational data is involved in unauthorized communication, based on a parameter for extending an application range of a specific learning model and on a specific feature amount corresponding to the specific learning model among a plurality of feature amounts of the operational data; a determination module configured to calculate the score based on the plurality of learning models, the plurality of feature amounts, and the correction value, and determine whether the operational data is involved in unauthorized communication based on the calculated score; and a transmission control module configured to control the transmission of the operational data based on a determination result.

A map distribution system includes a map distribution server that distributes map data to a navigation device. The server includes a first table having entries that each include update data in correspondence with an ID for the update data and an ID for each other update data upon which the update data depends, a second table having entries that each include an area ID of an area of the map data in correspondence with a version of the area and the ID for each update data that is applied in the version of the area, and an update manager that refers to the second table to select the ID for each update data required for updating an area selected based on input from the navigation device and the required ID for each other update data upon which any update data required for updating the area selected depends.

In order to quickly update map data in region units without generation of contradiction to adjacent non-updated regions after the updating, under map data updating, time and date of updating of update region of a terminal is obtained with designation of a region as the update object used as a trigger, a mesh ID on the external boundary of the partial update region is obtained, and the differential updating data ID of the updated differential updating data is also obtained from the terminal. The partial updating data and differential updating data required for updating of the designated region of the terminal are selected from the information obtained above and these selected data are applied to the map data of terminal. When updating is conducted using the partial updating data and differential updating data, the time and date of updating of the relevant partial update region ID are changed and the differential updating data ID is registered to the differential management data.
