Provided is a press molding method in which a plate material is molded into a target molded body including a ridge section, said method including: a first step for molding an intermediate molded body; and a second step for forming the target molded body from the intermediate molded body. The target molded body and the intermediate molded body have coincident regions where the cross-sectional shapes coincide on both sides of an intermediate ridge section, and an intermediate region where the cross-sectional shapes do not coincide. The intermediate region includes: an outer region in which the intermediate molded body protrudes outward of an edge radius with respect to the target molded body; and an inner region in which the intermediate molded body is curved inward of the edge radius with respect to the target molded body.

Press molding method

This press forming method includes a first drawing step for forming a first drawn step portion, a second drawing step for forming a second drawn step portion, and a finishing step for completing a stepped portion. In the first drawing step, a first outside curved portion is formed to the outside of a second outside curved portion with respect to an extension region of a character line, and a first parallel portion is formed to the same depth as the drawn depth of a second parallel portion. In the second drawing step, a second inside curved portion having a greater curvature than a first inside curved portion is formed.

Press forming method

The present invention is a press forming method for obtaining a target formed article that has an edge-shaped ridge section and that has a negative surface on one side and a positive surface on the other side with respect to the ridge section as a border, said press forming method including: a first step for forming an intermediate formed article having an intermediate ridge section having a larger radius than the edge radius of the ridge section; and a second step for forming the target formed article from the intermediate formed article. The intermediate formed article has a first intermediate positive surface that corresponds to the site extending from the ridge section to the negative surface of the target formed article and also has a second intermediate positive surface that corresponds to the site extending from the ridge section to the positive surface of the target formed article and that continues from the first intermediate positive surface and an intermediate negative surface continuing from the second intermediate positive surface.

A product including a top surface part, a vertical wall part connected to an end of the top surface part and a corner part interposed between the top surface part and the vertical wall part is manufactured by flowing a material of the corner part toward the top surface part while applying a pressing force on a workpiece.

Manufacturing method of press product and press forming apparatus

A side panel including a first member and a second member having a higher strength is manufactured by arranging a corner portion of the second member in a recessed portion of the first member, and by simultaneously press-working the first member and the second member.
