A switch device includes a plurality of lead frames that is conductive and configured to electrically connectable to an external device, a contact-separation mechanism configured to allow the plurality of lead frames to be electrically connected to and separated from each other, and an electric element configured to connect the plurality of lead frames to each other. The electric element is surface-mounted on the lead frames and sealed with resin. In each of the lead frame, the boundary, such as a groove or a notch, is formed along the outer edge of the arrangement position of the electric element.

Switch device and method for producing switch device

A switch includes a housing, a movable member reciprocable in a movement direction relative to the housing and including an operation part located at an end of the movable member outside the housing, and a guide that guides the movable member in the movement direction. The operation part has a plurality of slopes extending linearly from the operation surface toward a distal end of the movable member outside the housing, sloping away from a central axis of the movable member toward the operation surface, and sloping in directions intersecting with one another as viewed in the movement direction.

The moving contact unit includes a body, a first arm, a second arm, and a third arm extending from the body in a direction intersecting with a parallel direction in which the common stationary contact terminal and the individual stationary contact terminal are arranged parallel to each other, electrically interconnected with each other, and are spaced apart from one another in the parallel direction, a first moving contact included in the first arm, a second moving contact included in the second arm, and a third moving contact included in the third arm.

A switch device has a circuit unit that forms an electric circuit that detects at least one of disconnection and a short circuit of a wiring connecting an external device and the switch device, two terminals connected to the electric circuit, and configured to be connected to the wiring, a contact mechanism that moves in a movable direction to switch on and off of a contact of the electric circuit, and a circuit board on which the circuit unit, the two terminals, and the contact mechanism are disposed. The electric circuit comprises at least one resistive element. The circuit unit and the contact mechanism are disposed on an identical surface side of the circuit board. The resistive element is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the movable direction of the contact mechanism when viewed from at least a part of a movable range of the contact mechanism.

Switch device

A switch has a normally-closed fixed contact unit, a common contact unit, a pressing member, and a movable contact that is attached to the pressing member, and that slides on the normally-closed fixed contact unit and the common contact unit. A conductive region and an insulating region are formed on a sliding surface of the movable contact in the normally-closed fixed contact unit in order toward a pressing direction of the pressing member. A conductive region and an insulating region are formed on a sliding surface of the movable contact in the common contact unit in order toward the pressing direction. The movable contact slides from the conductive regions to the insulating regions to switch from a closed state to an opened state.
