Provided are a reliable high-voltage system and a failure diagnosis method thereof, in which a vibration damping mechanism using an electrorheological fluid as a working fluid is a load, and can prevent electric shock due to leakage current and the influence on surrounding electronic devices. There are provided a first circuit that includes a power source and a ground, a second circuit that is magnetically coupled to the first circuit via a transformer and includes a load connected to the ground, a controller that is connected to the ground, a third circuit that is connected to the second circuit and the ground, a first resistor that is provided between a connection point at a high potential end of the second circuit and the ground, and a second resistor that is provided between a connection point at a low potential end of the second circuit and the ground, and has a resistance value different from a resistance value of the first resistor.

High-voltage system and failure diagnosis method for high-voltage system

There is provided a switching power supply device which has a high voltage control resolution. A switching power supply device according to the present invention includes: a power conversion circuit which includes a switching element; and a control circuit unit which outputs a driving pulse to the switching element based on an output voltage command value and an output voltage value of the power conversion circuit, and the control circuit unit changes a switching cycle and outputs a driving pulse based on a difference between a calculation value of an operation amount based on the output voltage command value and the output voltage value, and a setting value of the operation amount.

Switching power supply device

A switching loss of a power conversion device is sufficiently reduced. A DC-DC converter includes a switching circuit that converts input first DC power into AC power, a transformer that performs voltage conversion of the AC power, and an output circuit that converts the AC power subjected to the voltage conversion by the transformer into second DC power. The control circuit that controls the DC-DC converter calculates a magnetic flux density value B of the transformer and controls a drive frequency of the switching circuit based on the calculated magnetic flux density value B.

A power conversion device capable of suppressing current backflow while also improving current responsiveness and power conversion efficiency is achieved. A snubber capacitor capable of absorbing switching surge is connected to a low-voltage side switching circuit that includes switching elements. Until a predetermined time elapses from when a request to start switching is received, a controller determines that the snubber capacitor has not reached full charge or near-full charge, and asynchronously controls the low-voltage side switching circuit and a high-voltage side switching circuit that includes switching elements. After the predetermined time elapses, the controller synchronously controls the low-voltage side switching circuit and the high-voltage side switching circuit, and also controls a duty ratio of the low-voltage side switching circuit and the high-voltage side switching circuit such that current does not flow back from the low-voltage side switching circuit to the high-voltage side switching circuit.

The core includes a primary core and a secondary core disposed on a side of the primary core. The primary winding includes a first primary winding wound around the primary core and the second primary winding wound around the secondary core and electrically connected in series to the first primary winding. The first primary winding is disposed such that a direction of a magnetic flux on an inner peripheral side of the first primary winding induced by the first primary winding is opposite to a direction of the magnetic flux on the inner peripheral side of the second primary winding induced by the second primary winding. The secondary winding is wound such that a winding axial line of the first primary winding and a winding axial line of the second primary winding are formed on an inner peripheral side of the secondary winding.

A battery monitoring system, comprises a battery state detection circuit that detects battery states of a plurality of battery cells that are connected in series, based on respective cell voltages of the plurality of battery cells, and a control circuit that monitors state of a battery cell, based on each cell voltage of the plurality of battery cells. The control circuit inputs pseudo voltage information to the battery state detection circuit, and thereby diagnoses whether or not the battery state detection circuit is operating normally.

An object is to suppress deterioration of a high-voltage side battery regardless of the magnitude of a load current. Provided is a control device of a DC-DC converter that is constituted by a primary side circuit that is electrically connected between an input side and a transformer, and a secondary side circuit that is electrically connected between an output side and the transformer. The control device includes a command generating unitthat sets an output current limiting value to a predetermined value on the basis of a detected input voltage, a duty generating unitthat calculates a duty configured to turn ON/OFF a switching element on the basis of the output current limiting value and a detected output current, and a switching signal generating unitthat generates a switching signal on the basis of the duty. The duty generating unitgenerates the duty so that an output current is limited to the output current limiting value or less.
