An electrical steel sheet () is provided with a base iron () and an insulating film () formed on a surface of the base iron (). The insulating film () contains: a first component: 100 parts by mass, the first component containing: a metal phosphate: 100 parts by mass; and one kind selected from a group consisting of an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin and a polyester resin which have an average particle size of 0.05 &#x3bc;m to 0.50 &#x3bc;m, or a mixture or copolymer of two or three kinds selected from the group: 1 part by mass to 50 parts by mass; and a second component composed of dispersion or powder of a fluorine resin having an average particle size of 0.05 &#x3bc;m to 0.35 &#x3bc;m: 0.5 parts by mass to 10 parts by mass.

Electrical steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same

An insulating coating film obtained by mixing 0.5 parts by mass to 10 parts by mass of a copolymer of a fluoroolefin and an ethylenically unsaturated compound when converted into a solid content with 100 parts by mass in solid content of a mixture composed of a metal phosphate and a specific organic resin or a mixture composed of colloidal silica and a specific organic resin is designed to be provided on a surface of an electrical steel sheet, and in this manner, it is possible to obtain an electrical steel sheet having good corrosion resistance under a wet environment and having good properties related to the insulating coating film such as a space factor and adhesiveness.

Electrical steel sheet and method of manufacturing the same

An electrical steel sheet provides: a steel strip () for an electrical steel sheet; and an insulating film () formed at a surface of the steel strip () and containing metal phosphate and organic resin. At least a part of the metal phosphate includes at least one kind of crystal structure selected from a group consisting of a cubic system, a tetragonal system, a hexagonal system, and an orthorhombic system. The organic resin contains at least one kind selected from a group consisting of an acryl-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, and a polyester resin having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group at a surface of an emulsion particle for one part by mass to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate.

Electrical steel sheet and manufacturing method thereof

A treatment solution is applied on a surface of a base iron; and the treatment solution is baked and dried. The treatment solution contains a first component: 100 parts by mass in solid content, and a second component composed of particles of one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of a polyolefin wax, an epoxy resin and an acrylic resin, the particles having an average particle size of 2.0 &#x3bc;m to 15.0 &#x3bc;m and a melting point of 60&#xb0; C. to 140&#xb0; C.: 5 parts by mass to 45 parts by mass in resin solid content. The first component contains a colloidal silica: 100 parts by mass, and an emulsion of one kind selected from a group consisting of an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin and a polyester resin which have an average particle size of 0.05 &#x3bc;m to 0.50 &#x3bc;m, or an emulsion of a mixture or copolymer of two or three kinds selected from the group: 40 parts by mass to 400 parts by mass in resin solid content.

Method for manufacturing electrical steel sheet

An electrical steel sheet is provided which is capable of improving heat conductivity. The electrical steel sheet includes: a steel strip () for an electrical steel sheet; and an insulating film () formed at a surface of the steel strip () and containing metal phosphate and organic resin. At least a part of the metal phosphate includes at least one kind of crystal structure selected from a group consisting of a cubic system, a tetragonal system, a hexagonal system, and an orthorhombic system. The organic resin contains at least one kind selected from a group consisting of an acryl-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, and a polyester resin having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group at a surface of an emulsion particle for one part by mass to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate.

A non-oriented electrical steel sheet contains Cr: 0.3 mass % to 5.3 mass %, Si: 1.5 mass % to 4 mass %, Al: 0.4 mass % to 3 mass %, and W: 0.0003 mass % to 0.01 mass %. A C content is 0.006 mass % or less, a Mn content is 1.5 mass % or less, a S content is 0.003 mass % or less, and a N content is 0.003 mass % or less, and the balance is composed of Fe and inevitable impurities.

Non-oriented electrical steel sheet

A quench solidification method, wherein a steel cast strip having a mean grain size 50 &#x3bc;m or more is prepared and then the steel cast strip is rolled to produce a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having high magnetic flux density in both L and C directions. However the magnetic flux density reduces when the cold reduction rate exceeds 70%. To avoid this problem the non-oriented electrical steel sheet is manufactured with a ratio of at least 4 of the integrated intensity of the {100} plane for a given sample of steel to the integrated intensity of {100} plane for a 'random' sample in which crystal grains have random orientations; and a cold reduction rate of the cold-rolling is between 70% and 85%. The superheating degree of the molten steel can be 70&#xb0; C. or more.

Method for manufacturing non-oriented electrical steel sheet having high magnetic flux density

A clip fixing structure in which there is no possibility for producing a frictional scratch at an outer surface of a cylinder when it is fixed. The fixing section formed at the rear part of the clip section is bent along widthwise opposing sides and form to face at the rear surface as seen in a front elevational view of the clip section, and the fixing piece sections are provided with the engaging sections. Then, the clip set section formed at the cylinder is adapted to a forward or rearward size and a width size of the inner space of at least the fixing section, its part is protruded in a protruded shape becoming the fixing reference point where the fixing section is fitted, and both side surfaces of the clip set section corresponding to the engaging sections are provided with the holding sections for fixing and holding the fixing section to the clip set section.

A process for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet wherein during the decarburization annealing step, the steel sheet is first rapidly heated in a rapid heating chamber and the PH O/PH ratio in the rapid heating chamber is more than the PH O/PH ratio in the decarburization annealing furnace so as to provide improved oxide film adhesion.

Method of producing unidirectional electromagnetic steel sheet having excellent film characteristics and magnetic characteristics

A method of producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with a very low core loss comprises the steps of obtaining a rolled strip of final product thickness using as a starting material molten steel consisting of not more than 0.10 wt % C, 2.5-7.0 wt % Si, ordinary inhibitor components and the balance of iron and unavoidable impurities, heating the strip to a temperature range of not less than 700.degree. C. at a heating rate of not less than 80.degree. C./s and within 0.1 second after the maximum temperature has been reached cooling the strip at a cooling rate of not less than 50.degree. C./s, and subjecting the strip to decarburization annealing and final finish annealing.
