A blast treatment method capable of more reliably treating an object to be treated which is accommodated in an outer container is provided. The blast treatment method includes: a step for spacing a plurality of blasting explosives () from one another at positions on the outer side surface of an outer container () in a direction surrounding a central axis (C) of the outer container () and arranging the blasting explosives () in such a manner as to extend approximately parallel to the central axis (C); a step for installing the outer container () within a chamber (); and a step for detonating the blasting explosives () within the chamber to perform blast treatment of an object () to be treated with the detonation energy, wherein the blasting explosives () are detonated at the blast timing at which fragments of the outer container () or shock waves, which are generated in the vicinity of the blasting explosives () by the detonation energy of the blasting explosives (), collide with or propagate to a bombshell () in less time difference than that in the case in which the plurality of blasting explosives () are detonated at the same time.

Blast treatment method and blast treatment device

A blast treatment method capable of performing blast treatment of a treatment subject with a simple structure, with high efficiency, and at low cost, while inhibiting scattering of harmful substances or the like to the outside. The method includes: inside disposing an inside explosive for blasting a treatment subject around the treatment subject; disposing an outside explosive having a detonation velocity greater than that of the inside explosive at a position outside the inside explosive; and detonating the outside explosive using an initiation device, and initiating the inside explosive by detonation of the outside explosive, thereby performing blast treatment of the treatment subject by initiation of the inside explosive. The outside explosive disposing includes arranging a cord-like explosive member containing the outside explosive and having a shape extending in one direction so that a detonation propagation velocity in a specific direction of the inside explosive initiated by the outside explosive is greater than a detonation propagation velocity in the specific direction of the inside explosive.

A blast treatment method for blasting a treatment subject having an outer shell and a chemical agent charged into an interior of the outer shell includes the steps of: disposing an explosive on the outer side of the outer shell such that a difference occurs in a detonation pressure of the explosive, that acts on the outer shell from an outer side, between one side and another side of a predetermined cutting position of the outer shell and the outer shell is cut by a shearing force generated as a result of the difference in the detonation pressure; and detonating the explosive, wherein, in the step of detonating the explosive, the chemical agent is exposed by cutting the outer shell in the cutting position through detonation of the explosive, and the chemical agent is decomposed using the detonation.

A blast treatment method enables easy and safe blast treatment of ammunition having propellant provided with a warhead having a bursting charge and a propulsion unit having a propellant. Comprised are a first explosive arrangement step of arranging a first explosiveon the outside of a warhead; a second explosive arrangement step of arranging a plurality of explosive membersincluding a second explosiveon the outside of the propulsion unit; a warhead blast step of causing detonation of a bursting chargeby detonation of a first explosive, thereby blasting the warheadand a propulsion unit treatment step of causing deflagration of a propellantby detonation of the second explosive, thereby performing combustion of the propulsion unit; the first explosiveis arranged at a position covering the periphery of the warhead, a high-pressure field is generated on the periphery of the warheadby detonation of this first explosive, and by means of this high-pressure field, divergence of detonation energy of the bursting chargeto outside this high-pressure field is suppressed, and moreover the explosive membersare arranged at mutually separated positions whereby divergence of the combustion energy of the propellantto the outside from the explosive membersis allowed, by which detonation of the propellantis suppressed.

A blast treatment method and an apparatus, which can perform the blast treatment of a treatment subject by using and securely initiating a blasting explosive having fluidity. The blast treatment method includes: a blasting preparation operation of housing a blasting explosive having fluidity in a container and placing the blasting explosive around a treatment subject as well as attaching an initiation device to the container; a housing operation of housing the container, the blasting explosive, and the treatment subject in a chamber; a decompression operation of decompressing the inside of the chamber; and a blasting operation of initiating the blasting explosive and blasting the treatment subject with the blasting explosive. In the decompression operation, the inside of the chamber is decompressed while a gas vent portion regulates the escape of the blasting explosive to the outside of the container and permits the escape of gases in the container to the outside.

A blast treatment method for blasting a treatment subject having an outer shell and a chemical agent charged into an interior of the outer shell includes the steps of: disposing an explosive to cover a periphery of the treatment subject; and detonating the explosive from respective end portions of a specific direction toward a predetermined cutting position of the treatment subject between the respective end portions so that detonation waves of the explosive advancing from respective sides of the cutting position collide in the cutting position, wherein, in the step of detonating the explosive, the chemical agent is exposed by cutting the outer shell in the cutting position through detonation of the explosive, and the chemical agent is decomposed using the detonation.

Provided is a blast treatment method that can be implemented simply and efficiently blast a treatment subject while preventing fragments of the subject from scattering outward. An object of the present invention is to improve durability of a pressure vessel for blasting an article to be treated such as hazardous substance or explosive therein. The pressure vessel, means for achieving the object, has an external vesseland an internal vesselinstalled in the external vessel. The external vesselhas a strength for retaining pressure caused by blasting the article. The internal vesselreceives fragments of the treated articleto protect the external vesselagainst the fragments. Pressure-resistant vessel and blasting facility having the same

A method of blasting hazardous substance or explosive in a pressure vessel is provided to improve efficiency while suppressing enlargement of the pressure vessel. To achieve it, the method includes an installing step of installing two or more articles to be treated at a certain spacing in the pressure vessel, an initial blasting step of blasting one of the articles to be treated, and a following blasting step of blasting the article to be treated next to the previously blasted article to be treated after a particular time from the instant of the previous blast. Each of the articles is blasted sequentially through the initial and following blasting steps.

Multiple blasting treating method

A blasting method of blasting an explosive device at least containing an explosive and a chemical agent in a sealed pressure vessel that prevents soot generation during blasting and improves an efficiency of decomposing the chemical agent. First, a transported chemical bomb (explosive)is placed and sealed in a blasting chamber (pressure vessel)The blasting chamberis then brought into a reduced-pressure or vacuum state by aspiration of the air therein by using a vacuum pumpand oxygen is supplied through an injection portinto the blasting chamberto a pressure of 15 to 30% of atmospheric pressure. The chemical bombis then blasted, as it is ignited by an ignition device not shown in the Figure.

Blasting method by controlling oxygen supply

A blasting method of processing a bomb by forming an explosive layer on an outermost surface of the bomb to be processed having a casing in a particular shape and by exploding the explosive layer, wherein the explosive layer comprises a first explosive layer formed around the outermost surface of the casing and a second explosive layer formed as to surround the first explosive layer, an explosive in the second explosive layer has a higher explosion velocity than an explosive in the first explosive layer, and the second and first explosive layers are exploded at a certain time interval by igniting a particular region of the second explosive layer. The method allows low-cost blasting of bombs, by relaxing the impact of the scattering casing fragments.

Disclosed is a Ti alloy which can provide a high strength and achieve a high ductility only with an annealing treatment without being provided a solution treating and aging process by adding O, C and Fe in a good balance to a basic chemical composition system such as Al and V in a Ti-6Al-4V alloy or a chemical composition system obtained by increasing Al in the above chemical component system and further adding thereto a suitable amount of N according to the addition amounts of Al, O, C, and Fe.
