A portable communication terminal having an image-taking function is composed of a camera unit that takes an image of a subject through a photographic lens, and two displays, the first display being positioned on same a front surface of housing of the portable communication terminal as the photographic lens and being visible in a same view as the photographic lens, and the second display being positioned on a back surface of the housing. The mobile communication terminal has a function of having the image taken by the camera unit displayed on at least one of the displays.

Folding mobile communication terminal

The folding communication terminal of the present invention is composed of a display device which is visible to the user when the folding communication terminal is in a folded state, and which is capable of multicolor display. The user knows by glancing at the illumination color, without reading characters displayed on the display device and without straining their eyes, whether a caller's telephone number is notified or not. Furthermore, the display is illuminated in a color which is specified and registered in advance in correspondence with the caller's telephone number. The user is thus able to know at a glance who a call is from. Furthermore, the display device is illuminated in a color distinguishing between whether there is notification information which is yet to be displayed or not. The user can judge whether it is necessary to check notification information with a glance at the illumination color.

Folding communication terminal and display control method therefor

A folding-type communication terminal includes a first display unit which is positioned so as to be visible when a main body of the communication terminal is in a folded state; a second display unit which is positioned so as to be concealed when the main body is in the folded state; a storage unit for storing at least one set of a piece of first information and a piece of second information, the piece of first information (i) having been generated based on information received accompanying incoming-communication, the incoming-communication being at least one of an unanswered incoming-call and incoming-mail, the incoming-mail being one of electronic mail and a character message and (ii) showing existence of the received information, and the second information showing details of the received information; a detection unit for detecting that the main body has been put into an unfolded state; a first display control unit for having the piece of first information displayed on the first display unit; and second display control unit for having the piece of second information displayed on the second display unit, when the detection unit detects that the main body has been put into the unfolded state while the piece of first information is being displayed on the first display unit, wherein the piece of second information belongs to a same set as the piece of first information.

Folding communication terminal having two displays

On a data recording region, an aluminum reflective film is formed together with a reflective film forming a pattern on an outer circumferential side of the data recording region. Although aluminum identical to the material of the reflective film on the data recording region can be employed for the reflective film on the outer circumferential region, gold, titanium and the like can also be used.
