A heat exchanger including: a heat exchanger main body forming a flow path through which a fluid circulates; heat transfer tubes arranged side by side so as to extend in an extending direction of the flow path; and a baffle plate group having a plurality of baffle plates provided with gaps therebetween in the extending direction of the flow path while supporting the heat transfer tubes. The baffle plates are provided so as to each occupy only a portion of the flow path cross section when viewed from the extending direction of the flow path, and the baffle plates of the baffle plate group are provided such that at least a portion of mutually occupied areas do not overlap, and that the entire area of the flow path cross section is occupied by combining the mutually occupied areas, as seen from the extending direction of the flow path.

Heat exchanger

A plurality of resistance-imparting portions (A toE) are disposed adjacent to each other. A first contraction flow portion forming one of the resistance-imparting portions (A toE) adjacent to each other is in communication with an enlarged diameter portion forming another resistance-imparting portion. First contraction flow portions (AH toDH) forming the resistance-imparting portions (A toE) adjacent to each other are disposed at different positions in a direction in which an outer frame member () extends.

Flow path resistor and heat exchanger

A heat exchanger according to one embodiment includes: a heat exchange core; a shell provided to surround the heat exchange core; and a first partition wall that is provided in a space surrounded by an outer surface of the heat exchange core and an inner surface of the shell, and partitions the space into a first header space communicating with the heat exchange core and a second header space communicating with the heat exchange core. The first header space and the second header space are adjacent to each other, separated by the first partition wall.

In a seal structure for a heat exchanger, the seal structure being mounted on a baffle plate disposed in a shell included in the heat exchanger and being partially in contact with a wall surface on an inner surface side of the shell, the seal plate is composed of a plurality of thin plates which are laminated; the thin plates are in contact with the wall surface while being curved by an elastic deformation; a contact thin plate serving as one of the thin plates located on an outermost side of the curve is in contact with the wall surface; and an outer surface of the contact thin plate serving as a surface on an outside of the curve among surfaces arranged in a thickness direction of the contact thin plate is in contact with the wall surface so as to restrain seal performance from deteriorating.

Seal structure for heat exchanger and heat exchanger

A tube plate of a heat exchanger includes a tube plate base material to which ends of a plurality of heat transfer tubes are fixed, a first backplate that covers a surface of the tube plate base material on a first tube chamber side, and a fastener that includes at least a shaft section and fixes the first backplate to the tube plate base material. The first backplate includes heat transfer tube insertion holes through which a plurality of heat transfer tubes are inserted, and an insertion hole through which the shaft section is loosely inserted. The first backplate is joined to an end section of a second partition wall on a first end side. The second partition wall, the first backplate, and the fastener are formed of a material having higher corrosion resistance than the tube plate base material.

A fuel gas heater includes a container; a gas inflow chamber defined in one end of the container and having a gas inlet; a gas outflow chamber defined in the one end and having a gas outlet; U-shaped heat transfer pipes disposed inside the container, the pipes each having one end communicating with the gas inflow chamber and another end communicating with the gas outflow chamber; a heating medium supply port; a heating medium discharge port; a gas inflow opening disposed to face positions at which the pipes communicate with the gas inflow chamber; a gas inflow lid that enables the gas inflow opening to be opened and closed; a gas outflow opening disposed to face positions at which the pipes communicate with the gas outflow chamber; and a gas outflow lid that enables the gas outflow opening to be opened and closed.

This low-pressure condenser is provided with: a pressure bulkhead which partitions the inside of the container into an upper space and a lower space; a heat transfer tube which is arranged in the upper space; and a reheater which is arranged in the lower space and which, by means of high-temperature steam flowing from the outside into the lower space, heats water which condenses in the upper space and flows into the lower space. The reheater includes multiple partition members, a receiving plate which receives water flowing downward via the partition members, and a dam which is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the receiving plate. The lower ends of the multiple partition members are below the upper end of the dam.
