The present invention provides a skin cleansing composition comprising the following components (A), (B), and (C):

Provided is a skin cleanser, including the following components (A) to (D): (A) 1 to 30% by weight of a higher fatty acid or a salt thereof; (B) 0.5 to 10% by weight of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether carboxylic acid or a salt thereof; (C) 0.1 to 10% by weight of an amphiphilic substance having an IOB of 0.25 to 1.2; and (D) 1 to 25% by weight of a water-insoluble particle having an average particle diameter of 50 to 500 &#x3bc;m, in which a weight ratio between the components (A) and (B) '(A)/(B)' is 1/2 to 10/1.

Skin cleansing agent
