The present invention relates to a shunt resistor and a method for manufacturing the shunt resistor. The present invention relates to a current detection device including a shunt resistor. The shunt resistor () comprises a resistance element () and a pair of electrodes () connected to both ends () of the resistance element () in a first direction. The shunt resistor () has a projecting portion () formed on a side surface (), which is parallel to the first direction, of the shunt resistor (), and a recessed portion () formed in a side surface (), which is an opposite side of the side surface (), of the shunt resistor (), and extending in the same direction as the projection (). The projecting portion () has a portion of the resistance element () and portions of the pair of electrodes (), and the recessed portion () has a side surface () of the resistance element () parallel to the first direction.

Shunt resistor, method for manufacturing shunt resistor, and current detection device

Provided is a current sensing resistor made of electrically conductive metal, the resistor including a code display portion obtained by encoding characteristic information specific to the current sensing resistor and displaying the encoded characteristic information in a readable manner.

Current sensing resistor, current sensing device, and method for producing the same

Provided is a current sensing device including an electrical conductor made of electrically conductive metal; and voltage sensing terminals provided on the electrical conductor. Each voltage sensing terminal is formed by inserting bar-like metal into a through-hole formed in the electrical conductor, and the voltage sensing terminal includes a first terminal portion that is stored in the through-hole and a second terminal portion that protrudes from the through-hole.

Current sensing device and method for producing the same

Provided is a current detection device in which, to a bus bar type shunt resistor, another member can be easily connected and fixed by means of rotational fastening of screw members. The current detection device is provided with: a pair of wiring members () consisting of electrically conductive metal material; a resistor body () consisting of metal material having a smaller temperature coefficient of resistance than the wiring members and which is bonded to the wiring members; and a screw member () which is fixed to at least one of the wiring members and which is a separate member from the wiring members. One screw member () is fixed to one surface of the wiring members (), and another screw member () is rotationally fastened to the one screw member () sandwiching another member () disposed on the other surface of the wiring members ().

Current detection device

To provide a shunt resistor and a current detection device including the shunt resistor, to which a busbar, a board, and the like can be easily fixed with sufficient strength wherein only minimum processing of electrodes is required. Screwing members (bolt () and nut ()) that are separate members from electrodes () of the resistor (), are fixed on the electrodes (). The current detection device includes the shunt resistor (), which has at least a pair of electrodes (). One screwing member () fixed beforehand on at least one electrode () is screw fastened with the other screwing member () while disposing a prescribed intervening member () between the one screwing member and the other screwing member. Here, the prescribed intervening member () includes a board mounting a current detection circuit thereon and/or busbars.

Resistor and current detection device

Provided is a resistor including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a resistive element disposed between the first and second electrodes. Each of the first and second electrodes includes a main electrode portion and a narrow electrode portion with a narrower width than that of the main electrode portion. The resistive element is disposed between the two narrow electrode portions.

Resistor and method for producing the same

In a metal plate resistor, the bonded surface between the resistance body and the electrode can be prevented from peeling off. The metal plate resistor comprises a resistance body; an electrode consisting of metal material having a higher conductivity than the resistance body, and the electrode bonded with the resistance body; a recessed portion formed in an end face of the electrode on a side bonded with the resistance body; and a fixation hole formed in the electrode for inserting a bolt; wherein an end portion of the resistance body is fitted into the recessed portion in the electrode. The recessed portion is provided with wall portions on both sides in a width direction of the resistance body, and in a direction substantially perpendicular to a penetration direction of the fixation hole. The recessed portion is opened to an end face and a first surface of the electrode.

Metal plate resistor

Provided is a connection structure for a detection terminal of shunt resistor that allows a lead wire, that is to be connected to an electrode of the shunt resistor and is for detecting electrical current, to be easily and compactly connected to the electrode within a narrow and small module. A terminal connection structure for a resistor, which connects a detection terminal to an electrode, comprises a shunt resistor () that has a pair of electrodes () at both ends of a resistor body (); a connector base () formed of insulating material; and an electrically conductive section () formed on the connector base (); wherein the connector base () is fit onto the shunt resistor () such that the electrically conductive section () is electrically connected to the electrodes (). The connector base () is provided with a joint section (C) that can be fit onto the resistor body (). The resistor body () and the electrode () is provided with a level difference and the connector base () is fit into between the electrodes ().

Terminal connection structure for resistor

Provided is a current detection resistor that is small and that inhibits influence of the skin effect due to high frequency current. The resistor includes a resistor body () and at least a pair of electrodes (), wherein the resistor body () is configured in a pillar-shape having diameter of 4 mm or less disposed between the electrodes. Each of the electrodes () is made to be longer in the direction in which the electrodes are placed and longer than twice the distance between the electrodes, which sandwich the resistor body. Further, each of electrodes () is square pillar-shaped, and the resistor body is fixed to roughly to center of the electrode in cross-section.

Current detection resistor

Provided is a resistor for current detection, wherein connection failure etc. due to electro-migration is prevented from being generated in state that the resistor is mounted on a mounting board. The resistor has a resistance body () and electrodes (). The electrode () includes first electrode portion () connected to the resistance body () and second electrode portion () formed on the first electrode portion (). The second electrode portion () consists of material having higher resistivity than the first electrode portion () and solder, which is used for mounting the resistor on the mounting board.
