A specimen measuring device includes: a light source device that irradiates a specimen surface of a specimen with illumination light from multiple illumination units at a plurality of illumination angles; a spectral camera device that is arranged above the specimen surface, spectrally separates reflected light from the specimen surface, and acquires 2D spectral information through a single image capturing operation; and a calculating unit that calculates deflection angle spectral information of the specimen surface used to measure a measurement value of a certain evaluation item of the specimen using a change in an optical geometrical condition of an illumination direction and an image capturing direction between pixels in an X axis direction and a Y axis direction of the spectral information.

The color-sample image generator produces a color sample, and lightness of every pixel of a first area of a first image from which the color sample is to be extracted is measured and all the pixels are arranged in a second area of a second image that is different from the first area based on lightness level. Technology is provided for changing one or more image attributes pertaining to depth perception in a two-dimensional image to emphasize the perceived stereoscopy of the two-dimensional image and achieve a sensation upon viewing the two-dimensional image that is close to a sensation perceived from viewing a binocular stereoscopic image. Binocular stereoscopic image data including image data from two perspectives, for right vision and left vision, are input. A user selects the preferred one of the right vision image data and the left vision image data using an image selection unit, a planar image generating unit extracts the selected image data from the binocular stereoscopic image data, and an image output unit outputs the extracted planar image data.
