A vibrating device includes a diaphragm that includes first and second vibrating portions and a fixation portion, first and second piezoelectric vibrators that are provided at the first and second vibrating portions, respectively, and fixation electrodes. The fixation portion includes a first side portion and a second side portion that extend in different directions. The diaphragm and the fixation electrodes are provided integrally as a single monolithic member. The first vibrating portion extends from the first side portion and the fixation electrodes extend from the second side portion.

Vibrating device and manufacturing method of the same

A vibration device includes a first vibration plate having a length direction, the first vibration plate including a first end portion at one end in the length direction and a second end portion at another end in the length direction, a first piezoelectric element provided on the first vibration plate, a first conductive wiring line joined to the first piezoelectric element at a position closer to the first end portion in the length direction than a center of the first vibration plate, a first fixed component connected to the first conductive wiring line, and a case component to which the first fixed component is fixed. The second end portion is a free end, and the first conductive wiring line includes a bent portion.

Vibration device

A vibration device that includes a first elastic plate having a first end portion and a second end portion, and a first surface and a second surface facing each other and connecting the first and second end portions. A second elastic plate is laminated to the second end portion of the first elastic plate, and a piezoelectric vibration element is provided on at least one of the first surface and the second surface of the first elastic plate. On a portion where the first elastic plate and the second elastic plate are laminated, a first bonding portion and a second bonding portion that bond the first elastic plate and the second elastic plate to each other are provided. The second bonding portion is located closer to the first end portion than the first bonding portion.

Vibration device and method of manufacturing the same

A vibrator device that includes a support member, first and second displacement plates, first and second piezoelectric vibrator elements, and an added mass member. The support member has first and second side portions opposing each other. The first displacement plate is supported by the first side portion and extends toward the second side portion so as to have a free end. The second displacement plate is supported by the second side portion and extends toward the first side portion so as to have a free end. The first and second piezoelectric vibrator elements are respectively disposed on the first and second displacement plates. The added mass member is connected to a portion of the first displacement plate at or around the free end thereof and to a portion of the second displacement plate at or around the free end thereof.

Vibrator device

A vibration device is provided with reduced thickness and size while maintaining vibration strength. The vibration device includes a first elastic plate with first and second ends and a first planar section disposed between the first and second ends. Moreover, a second elastic plate is joined to the second end of the first elastic plate and includes a second planar section opposing the first planar section of the first elastic plate. The second elastic plate has a flexural rigidity that is higher than that of the first elastic plate. In addition, a piezoelectric vibrating element is disposed on in the first planar section of the first elastic plate to face the second elastic plate. A weight can be attached to the first end of the first elastic plate to facilitate vibration.

A vibration device that includes an elastic plate having a first elastic plate section, a second elastic plate section opposing the first elastic plate section, and a curvature joining section connecting the first and second elastic plate sections; a piezoelectric vibration element is provided on a surface of the first elastic plate section; and a circuit is provided on the second elastic plate section. A mass addition member is attached to a leading end portion of the first elastic plate section, and the elastic plate is accommodated in a package member.

A tactile presentation device has a chassis having a top surface chassis, a bottom surface chassis, and an inner space, a button type operation unit fixed to the top surface chassis and having an operation surface, an actuator arranged in the inner space, and a vibration transmission member arranged between the actuator and the button type operation unit. The top surface chassis has a top surface having a top surface opening exposing the operation surface of the button type operation unit to outside, and a side surface formed along the peripheral edge of the top surface. The actuator is fixed to the side surface of the top surface chassis.

Tactile presentation device

A tactile presentation device includes a chassis having a top surface chassis, a bottom surface chassis, and an inner space, a touch panel fixed to the top surface chassis and having an operation surface, an actuator arranged in the inner space, and a vibration transmission member arranged between the actuator and the touch panel. The top surface chassis includes a top surface having a top surface opening exposing the operation surface of the touch panel to outside, and a side surface formed along a peripheral edge of the top surface. The actuator is fixed to the side surface.

A vibrating device that includes a small number of components and that has a high vibration transmission efficiency is provided. The vibrating device is fixed to a fixing member. The vibrating device includes a single elastic plate and piezoelectric vibrating plates. The elastic plate includes a fixing portion, a vibrating portion, and a connecting portion. The fixing portion is attached to the fixing member. The vibrating portion is arranged to be substantially parallel to and spaced from a fixing surface at which the fixing portion is fixed to the fixing member. The connecting portion connects an end part of the fixing portion and an end part of the vibrating portion to each other. The piezoelectric vibrating plates are provided on surfaces of the vibrating portion.

Vibrating device

A vibratory device includes an elastic plate and a piezoelectric diaphragm. The elastic plate includes a fixable portion, a vibratory portion, and a connection portion. The fixable portion is fixed to a fixation member. The vibratory portion is spaced away from a fixable surface of the fixable portion that faces the fixation member and arranged substantially in parallel with the fixable surface. The connection portion connects a first end of the fixable portion in its planar direction and a first end of the vibratory portion in its planar direction. The piezoelectric diaphragm is disposed on a surface of the vibratory portion that is adjacent to the fixable portion. In a direction N normal to the surface of the vibratory portion adjacent to the fixable portion, at least part of the second piezoelectric diaphragm does not overlap the fixable portion.
