A luggage room board includes the luggage room board main body made of resin and is configured to be opened and closed. At one of ends of a non-woven fabric, a concave portion is provided on a surface of the luggage room board main body to which the non-woven fabric is attached, and the end of the non-woven fabric is attached so as to enter the concave portion. The concave portion is formed such that a depth gradually increases toward the end of the non-woven fabric. The depth of the concave portion at the end of the non-woven fabric is approximately same as the thickness of the non-woven fabric or larger than the thickness of the non-woven fabric. The concave portion is provided at the end of the non-woven fabric on a side of the rotation center line.

Luggage room board

The present invention aims to provide a luggage room board that reliably produces a cushioning effect during opening and closing operations, whereby the impact is not applied during the opening and closing operations. The luggage room boardincludes the luggage room board main bodymade of resin and is configured to be opened and closed. For example, a tape-shaped cushioning material (non-woven fabric) is attached to the luggage room board main bodyalong two sides orthogonal to a rotation center line serving as the rotation center of the opening and closing operations. At one of endsof a non-woven fabric, a concave portionis provided on a surface of the luggage room board main bodyto which the non-woven fabric is attached, and the endof the non-woven fabricis attached so as to enter the concave portion. The concave portionis formed such that a depth gradually increases toward the endof the non-woven fabric. The depth of the concave portionat the endof the non-woven fabricis approximately same as the thickness of the non-woven fabricor larger than the thickness of the non-woven fabric. The concave portionis provided at the end of the non-woven fabricon a side of the rotation center line.

A resin panel according to an embodiment includes a core material, a reinforcing material, a skin material covering the core material and the reinforcing material, and a fastened member. A reinforcing material has a first plate provided on a front surface of the core material, a second plate provided on a back surface of the core material, and a connecting plate connecting the first plate and the second plate. The fastened member is attached to the skin material by a fastening member penetrating the skin material and the first plate or the second plate of the reinforcing material.

Foamed structure and resin panel

Provided is a duct that does not cause defective molding and has a highly sound absorption inner surface which can effectively suppress noise. A duct includes a tubular duct main body and a sound absorption member disposed on the inner surface of the duct main body. The duct has at least one of configurations (1) to (3): (1) the duct main body has a sandwiching part having a pair of opposite wall surfaces, and a side edge of the sound absorption member is sandwiched between the wall surfaces of the sandwiching part; (2) the sound absorption member is pasted to the inner surface of the duct main body with a resin film therebetween; and (3) the sound absorption member and duct main body have parts which are not fused to each other.

Duct and method for manufacturing same

A duct in which the welding strength of the parting lines is enhanced and which facilitates the attaching job is provided. The duct of the present embodying mode has a mean thickness of the entire duct of 1 mm or less, and includes projections on inner surface sides of the duct on the parting lines.

The present invention provides a molding apparatus by which it is possible to make a frame located around a mold contact thermoplastic resin. In the molding apparatus of the present invention, the thermoplastic resin extruded from an extruding machine in a sheet form is adsorbed onto a cavity surface of the mold. As a result, the thermoplastic resin is shaped into a shape according to the cavity surface. The molding apparatus includes a frame that is positioned around the mold and is movable relative to the mold. In the frame, a suction part to suck the thermoplastic resin is provided.

Molding apparatus and molding method

A vehicle wiper controller includes a wiper drive circuit which drives a wiper. An operation switch is manipulated in a plurality of manipulation directions or to a plurality of operation mode positions when a manipulation force is applied thereto. A wiper operation control unit electronically controls the operation of the wiper and sets the wiper to an operation mode corresponding to the manipulation of the operation switch. A control signal hold circuit, discrete from the wiper operation control unit, transmits a control signal to the wiper drive circuit when the operation switch is manipulated in a predetermined first manipulation direction or when the operation switch is manipulated to a predetermined first operation mode position. The control signal hold circuit sets a hold state for holding the transmission state of the control signal.

Touch sensor switch

The present invention is a hollow article with an integral impact absorbing rib and the method of manufacturing the same. The apparatus is a hollow article made of thermoplastic resin and integrally formed by blow molding, comprising a first wall and a second wall confronting across a spacing. There is an integral rib between the first wall and the second wall, wherein the integral rib comprises a flat rib between the walls and one or more hollow ribs adjacent to each of two side ends of the flat rib. The impact absorbing rib is disposed at intervals and in an impact action direction. The rib is uniform in shape, dimensions and wall width, and free from reduction of wall width of the inner rib, yet possessing proper structural support and mechanical strength, and excellent in impact absorbing performance.
