In a partition wall panel of the present invention, a panel is formed by arranging a plurality of plates at an interval in the direction of the thickness of the plates and by joining the plates along at least part of the peripheries of the plates or/and at part of the surfaces of the plates using a joint member, and a plurality of such panels are integrated while arranged side by side through a plurality of air layers, and connected along at least part of the peripheries thereof or/and at part of the surfaces thereof using a connecting member. As a result of this construction, a thin, light-weight, and highly sound-insulating multi-layered panel structure can be provided.

A truss type extruded aluminum section is formed of a pair of planar plates and ribs, wherein hollow portions are formed within said section by the ribs and the planar plates. Vibration-damping resin is provided on the inner surfaces of hollow portions, and particularly on the inner surface of the planar plate and on a single surface of the inclined rib. With this arrangement, the vibration energy bending the planar plate and the rib is converted into a heat energy. In the case of manufacturing such truss type extruded aluminum vibration-damping section, for making easy the insertion of the vibration-damping resin in the hollow portion, the vibration-damping resin is stuck on a plastic film to form a long planar body. The plastic film serves as a cover or an adhesive. Moreover, in the case of directly inserting the vibration-damping resin sheet, the vibration-damping resin sheet is subjected to embossing on the adhesive-bonding side for allowing air to escape. Additionally, in the case using an age-hardening type aluminum alloy, the adhesive-bonding for the vibration-damping resin by heating is performed along with the heat treatment for age-hardening.

Method of manufacturing and using vibration-damping material

The present invention relates to a heat-bonded type vibration-damping resin for a structural member which contains in view of a preferable blending rate asphalt, synthetic rubber, petroleum resin and filler material, and further a heat-bonded type vibration-damping resin for a structural member which contains in view of a preferable blending rate asphalt, filler material, blowing agent. In addition, its basic concept consists in a configuration in which the vibration-damping resin is formed into a sheet and arranged at the surface of the metallic structure used at a place where vibration and noise should be prevented so as to form the vibration-damping structure and a method for manufacturing the vibration-damping structure. The vibration-damping resin can be easily mounted on the surface of the metallic structure having an elongated shape, bonded to it by heating and has a workability in which the mounting work to the metallic plate may be facilitated. In addition, thermoplastic resin and the like can be arranged between the metallic plate and the vibration-damping resin.

A vibration-damping section with sound absorbing material includes a sound proof panel, sound absorbing material fixed on one surface thereof and vibration damping material stuck on the top surface or the bottom surface of the sound proof panel one surface of the sound absorbing material which is the opposite side of the sound proof panel can be covered with a porous panel, if necessary, and moreover a joint is provided for hanging and connecting sections for closely connecting themselves one another in a width direction. Since the vibration-damping section with sound absorbing material according to the present invention has above described structure, in particular, it can be fixed on the bottom surface of an elevated bridge and has a sound insulating effect of the radiated noise which are caused by the elevated bridge structure and a sound absorbing effect of the reflected noise and moreover has a vibration damping effect of decreasing occurrence of the secondary noise by reducing the vibration of the sound absorbing panel.

A truss type extruded aluminum section (1) is formed of a pair of planar plates (2)(3) and ribs (4)(5)(6), wherein hollow portions (7)(8)(9) are formed within the section (1) by the ribs (4)(5)(6) and the planar plates (2)(3). Vibration-damping resin is provided on the inner surfaces of hollow portions (7)(8)(9), and particularly on the inner surface of the planar plate (3) and on a single surface of the inclined rib (4). With this arrangement, the vibration energy bending the planar plate (3) and the rib (4) is converted into a heat energy. In the case of manufacturing such truss type extruded aluminum vibration-damping section (1), for making easy the insertion of the vibration-damping resin in the hollow portion, the vibration-damping resin is stuck on a plastic film (11) to form a long planar body. The plastic film (11) serves as a cover or an adhesive. Moreover, in the case of directly inserting the vibration-damping resin sheet (14), the vibration-damping resin sheet (14) is subjected to embossing on the adhesive-bonding side for allowing air to escape. Additionally, in the case using an age-hardening type aluminum alloy, the adhesive-bonding for the vibration-damping resin by heating is performed along with the heat treatment for age-hardening.

The method concerns fabricating heat-resistant heavy-duty components of a rbine, e.g. disk, wheel, etc. wherein two or more different kinds of alloys are junctioned, which comprises solidifying the one alloy powder by hot isostatic pressing or extrusion, junctioning and solidifying the solidified alloy with the other alloy powder by hot isostatic pressing or extrusion, and subjecting the alloys thus obtained to superplasticity forging thereby to secure the junction boundary. Ni-base superalloys having different complete solid solution temperatures of gamma prime phase are selected for use in the hub and rim of a turbine disk or the like, the one alloy which is higher in the temperature being disposed for the hub and the other alloy for the rim. The difference in the temperature between both alloys is at least 8.degree. C. Further solution heat treatment is performed at a temperature between the complete solid solution temperatures to adjust crystal grain size. Heat-resistant heavy-duty components of a turbine, e.g. disk, etc. are thus fabricated by superplasticity forging from Ni-base superalloys.
