A resonator array panel includes a perforated first sheet, a second sheet, and a resonator core. The perforated first sheet includes a first sheet body. The second sheet includes a second sheet body. The second sheet body includes a second exterior side surface and a second interior side surface. The first resonator core is disposed between the perforated first sheet and the second sheet. The first resonator core includes a first plurality of sidewalls. The first plurality of sidewalls forms a first plurality of resonators between the perforated first sheet and the second sheet. The first plurality of resonators includes a first resonator. The first resonator includes a first viscoelastic body disposed within the first resonator cavity.

Life support systems include a pressure garment, a helmet, and a life support system enclosure that define an enclosed environment. The life support system includes one or more life support components to generate breathable gas within the enclosed environment. The gas is directed along a closed-loop flow path through the system. The life support components includes a fan for driving a flow of the gas through the closed-loop flow path and an acoustic damper arranged along the flow path and to reduce noise generated by the fan. The acoustic damper includes a housing defining an annular cavity arranged about a portion of the flow path, with the housing having a solid exterior surface and an inner diameter surface with openings to fluidly connect the flow path with the annular cavity and at least one acoustic damping element arranged within the annular cavity.

The second skin forms a peripheral boundary of a plenum on a second side of the combustor wall. The core includes a plurality of resonator elements between the first skin and the second skin. A first resonator element includes a first base and a plurality of first protrusions projecting out from the first base. Each first protrusion includes a first bore fluidly coupled with a first cavity within the first base. The sound attenuation passage extends within the core and is fluidly coupled with the combustion volume through an attenuation passage aperture in the first skin. The sound attenuation passage is fluidly decoupled from the plenum by the second skin.
