According to one embodiment, a solid state image capturing device includes a pixel portion in which a plurality of pixels are arranged, a common signal line that transports an output signal from the pixel portion, and an output circuit that amplifies the output signal transported by using the common signal line. The pixel portion is divided into a plurality of pixel groups, the common signal line is divided into a plurality of division lines corresponding to the plurality of pixel groups, and the output circuit receives the output signals transported by using the plurality of division lines.

Solid-state imaging device

A solid-state imaging device in an embodiment is a solid-state imaging device including an output circuit configured to amplify signals read out from a plurality of pixels. The solid-state imaging device includes a logic circuit configured to generate operation timing of the output circuit and a delay generation circuit configured to control a delay amount for adjusting a pulse generated by the logic circuit to optimum timing. The delay generation circuit is configured of a first variable delay circuit configured to generate a delay pulse, a reference clock of which is delayed by a reference delay amount, a control circuit configured to control the first variable delay circuit and calculate, as a digital signal, a delay code corresponding to the reference delay amount, and a second variable delay circuit configured to adjust the timing of the pulse using the delay code.

According to one embodiment, a flexible printed wiring board includes a component mounting portion to which a component is mounted and to which a reinforcing sheet is bonded. The component mounting portion includes an inner layer comprising a wiring pattern, and an outermost film layer disposed to cover the wiring pattern. The outermost film layer, to which the reinforcing sheet is bonded, is formed with a groove such that, when the reinforcing sheet is bonded, the groove extends in a region between the outermost film layer and the reinforcing sheet and communicates with an outside of the region.

According to one embodiment, a television apparatus includes a circuit board, a pad, a heat-transfer layer, and a block. The circuit board is mounted with an electronic component. The pad is provided on a surface of the circuit board. The heat-transfer layer is formed on the inner surface of a through hole in the circuit board. The through hole has an opening on the pad. The block contains a resin material and is located inside the heat-transfer layer to block the through hole.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a printed wiring board including: a substrate including an edge and a fixing hole located adjacent to the edge, the fixing hole configured to receive a bolt; and a land formed in a vicinity of the fixing hole and extending in at least a first direction and a second direction, the first direction being a direction from the fixing hole toward a center of the substrate, the second direction being direction along the edge.

A multilayer printed wiring board includes: an insulating base including an indentation section formed thereon; a conductor pattern formed on the insulating base, the conductor pattern including a thick film section formed by embedding a conductor in the indentation section; and a via hole section formed in an upper layer of the insulating base, the via hole section including a bottom portion that is in contact with the thick film section.
