A progress status management device and a method for managing a progress status are provided so that a progress status of respective processes in a project is visually and swiftly confirmed. By using the device and method, it is possible to prevent a delay of the project progress because the processing states of processes at an optional stage of the project are shared and easily grasped by managers and workers among departments and outside business partners in charge of the project.

An apparatus for supporting arrangement of operation areas layout includes: a storage unit that stores therein data on a position, a shape, and a use period of each operation area which has already been arranged in a prescribed site; a display control unit that references the data stored in the storage unit and makes a display unit display a top view illustrating arrangement of the operation areas at a given point of time on a temporal axis; and an operation areas layout arrangement processing unit that receives an input of a data on a position, a shape, and a use period of an operation area to be added into the prescribed site, references the data stored in the storage unit, and, if the received and added operation area is not determined to interfere with other already-arranged operation area, stores the data on the added operation area in the storage unit.

Apparatus, method, program, and recording medium for supporting arrangement of operation areas layout

A carry-in ready period calculation part calculates a candidate of a carry-in ready period which is a period during which a carry-in operation can be conducted and outputs the candidate in an output part so as to make entire construction works efficient. The calculation is performed based on a site arrival time schedule which is a time schedule showing when a carry-in target equipment arrives at a site, a temporary placement time schedule which is a time schedule showing when the equipment arrived is temporarily placed, and a construction time schedule of a building in which the equipment is carried.

A composite integrated module may be used in a method for constructing a building. The module includes at least a floor member, and can also include a sidewall members installed on the floor member, and a ceiling member installed on the sidewall members. The floor member, sidewall members, and ceiling member can be connected to each other form an internal space. The floor member, sidewall members, and ceiling member have a formwork facing the internal space. Anchor members are mounted on the outer side of at least one of the formworks so as not to project into the internal space. A structure may be disposed in the internal space and mounted to the formwork with the anchor members by connecting removable tightening apparatuses to the anchor members from the internal space.

An operation simulation system for plant construction, having operating expense calculated based on crane type determined by a command input; the expense to construct foundation calculated based on the foundation placement on which the determined crane is put; the operating expense calculated based on a period during which an operation is carried out; the expense to temporarily place the installation object calculated based on the specifications of the installation object before the installation; the installation operation expense calculated based on an installation milestone reflecting a due date of the installation object; the total necessary expense calculated based on all the expenses calculated; the total necessary expense is analyzed and evaluated; and the command input is adjusted by reflecting the results of an evaluation analysis so that the value of the command input falls in range of the set values in the specifications held by the corresponding setting apparatus.

Operation simulation system for plant construction

To support a tag information reader to read information from radio communication tags, attached to each of a plurality of structural objects in a plant and to provide the locations of unread radio communication tags, a tag information acquisition unit acquires information on radio communication tags actually read by the tag information reader. Next, an unread tag extraction unit extracts radio communication tags which are a plurality of radio communication tags stored in a tag arrangement data file but from which information cannot be acquired by the tag information acquisition unit, and an unread tag arrangement calculation unit acquires arrangement data on the extracted radio communication tags. The arrangement data on those radio communication tags is sent to a display unit for displaying the radio communication tags.

Support apparatus for reading tag information and method therefor

A module evaluation method and system which can quickly determine overall effectiveness of the modular construction method in an automatic manner, taking into account the transportation cost and so on. A module evaluation unit prepares constructed-equipment physical quantity data from constructed-equipment layout data, and determines an in-module unit-rate reduction effect resulted from executing construction work of the constructed equipment in the module in a factory where working efficiency is higher than a field. The module evaluation unit also determines a module transportation cost effect, a module temporary construction cost effect, and a density reduction effect that is resulted from a reduction of density in a space not occupied by a module with application of modularization and efficiency of installation work is increased. The module evaluation unit further determines a field physical-quantity reduction effect resulted from a reduction of physical quantity in the field and from a reduction of various overhead costs with application of the modularization. The determination results are displayed on a display.
