The present disclosure relates to a control device, a control method, a program, and a mobile object which are capable of improving convenience. Pressure distributions for a plurality of measurement ranges of a seat on which a user is seated, and time variations of the pressure distributions are measured, and operation of a device or the seat is controlled according to the measurement result. Furthermore, it is determined that a behavior of the user is a gesture for a predetermined operation input, and control according to the gesture is performed. At this time, it is determined whether it is a gesture of the user intended to be the operation input or a posture change of the user not intended to be the operation input. The present technique is applicable to, for example, a control processing device that performs control processing for a seat for vehicle.
