A fluidized-bed gasification method using fluidized-bed combustion furnace; a separator for separation into bed material and an exhaust gas; a fluidized-bed gasification furnace into which the bed material is introduced through a downcomer and into which raw material is introduced; a circulation passage for circulating char and the bed material to the combustion furnace; a dispersion section; extending along a width of a bed-material-introduction-side wall of the gasification furnace to receive the bed material from the downcomer; a fluidizing-gas introduction system for blowing fluidizing gas into the dispersion section to fluidize the bed material in the dispersion section; and a supply section for supplying the bed material in the dispersion section to the fluidized-bed gasification furnace substantially evenly throughout the width on the bed-material-introduction side, is provided.

Fluidized-bed gasification method and facility therefor

Provided are a fluidized-bed combustion furnace, a separatorfor separation into bed materialand an exhaust gas, a fluidized-bed gasification furnaceinto which the bed materialis introduced through a downcomerand into which raw material is introduced, a circulation passage for circulating char and the bed materialto the combustion furnace, a dispersion sectionextending along a width of a bed-material-introduction-side wallof the gasification furnaceto receive the bed materialfrom the downcomer, fluidizing-gas introduction meansfor blowing fluidizing gas into the dispersion sectionto fluidize the bed materialin the section, and a supply sectionfor supplying the bed materialin the dispersion sectionto the fluidized-bed gasification furnacesubstantially evenly throughout the width on the bed-material-introduction side.

A fluidized bed gasification furnace has a fluidized bed formed and a freeboard section F above a bed material so as to produce a produced gas by a reaction of raw material with a gasifying agent and take out the produced gas through the freeboard section. Upon shutdown of the furnace, inert gas is fed from below to the furnace for purging of gas in the fluidized bed with inert gas while steam is supplied to a freeboard section above the fluidized bed to purge a gas in the freeboard section with steam.

Method and device for purging gas production furnace

A fluidized bed gasification system is provided in which bed material and raw material are passed throughout a fluidized bed gasification furnace so that raw material is gasified with higher gasification efficiency to improve gasification productivity. A heat-resistant partitionfor regulation of bed material flow is arranged between positions I and II of a downcomerof a separatorand of a supply flow passagein plane of a fluidized bed gasification furnace. As a result, the bed material introduced via the downcomeris directed to a supply flow passagethrough a circuitous flow passagethroughout the fluidized bed gasification furnacedefined by the heat-resistant partition

Provided is a fluidized bed gasification method wherein an amount of solid particles to be circulated in a fluidized bed combustion furnace is controlled to enhance gasification efficiency in the furnace. It is the fluidized bed gasification method with fluidized bed combustion and gasification furnacesand, char and solid particles produced upon gasification of raw materialin the gasification furnacebeing circulated to the combustion furnace. A circulated amount of the solid particles in the combustion furnace is controlled by varying the same in a range of 6 to 30 with respect to an air flow rate, thereby facilitating heat transmission to the raw material
