In a flexible switch, a circuit member having an electrode is provided on a adhesive sheet. A spacer sheet, having a through hole situated so as to correspond to the electrode on the circuit member, is provided on the circuit member. A front sheet, having a projected portion, is provided on the spacer sheet, in which a contact portion provided on an inner face of the projected portion is brought into contact with the electrode through the through hole in the circuit member when the projected portion is depressed. At least one of the adhesive sheet, the circuit member, the spacer sheet, and the front sheet has flexibility.

Dome switch

A compact, thinned and water-tightened combined switch, is structured by a single switch comprising a front sheet having a domed projection which can be reversed to the back side and is provided at the back side with an electrode, an electric circuit body having an electric contact to contact with the electrode and a domed convex portion provided in the vicinity of the center of the domed projection. In operation process, firstly the projection is reversed and an electrode provided near the periphery of the convex portion contacts with the electric contact on the electric circuit body and secondly an electrode provided in the vicinity of the center of the domed convex portion contacts with the electric contact on the electric circuit body.

Wire harness fixing structure in an instrument panel

A wire-harness mounting structure for mounting wire harnesses of several types with different diameters by making effective use of, for example, a recessed portion between air duct partition walls in an instrument panel of an automobile. By making use of a recessed portion (23) which is located between duct partition walls of an air duct (20) provided in an instrument panel of a vehicle, a harness resilient retaining portion (30) is integrally fixed in the recessed portion (23). A slit (31) is provided in the harness resilient retaining portion (30) in such a manner as to extend from one end side toward the other end side thereof. Each of wire harnesses (40 to 43) of several types with different diameters is resiliently clamped through one-touch fitting in a stepped portion of several stepped portions (32 to 34) of the slit whose slit widths (B1 to B3) become consecutively smaller.

A clip mounted with a mounting plate having opposite walls defining a mounting groove having an opened leading end, the clip is disclosed which has a clip body made of an elastic metal plate, having a V-shape portion with substantially V-shape cross section formed by folding back so as to have two opposite inclined plate portions, the inclined plate potions having opposite slits, respectively, the opposite walls of the mounting plate inserted into the slits, respectively, when the clip body is inserted into the mounting groove from the leading end of the clip body, so that the opposite walls of the mounting groove are inserted into the slits, the mounting plate is engaged with the slits, and a slit start portion adjacent to the leading end of the V-shape potion is elastically supported by the opposite walls of the mounting plate with an elastic force of the opposite inclined plate portions; and a base having a clip-body holding portion for holding the clip body, a harness securing portion which is made of resin and to which a wire harness is secured in a state being out of contact with the clip body, an inclination restraining portion provided in the V-shape portion of the clip body and arranged to be inserted into the mounting groove inserted into the slit to be brought into contact with the inner surface of the mounting groove so as to restrain inclination of the clip holding portion, and a mounting-plate guide for guiding the slits of the clip body pushed into the mounting groove. Therefore, the wire harness can be protected from being damaged and a strong state of mounting can be realized, and incomplete mounting can reliably be prevented with a simple mounting operation. Even if the clip is mounted on the mounting plate portion in a state the mounting plate portion is considerably deviated from the slits, the leading end of the mounting plate portion is guided to the slits by the mounting plate guide portion. As a result, the slit start portion can reliably elastically be supported by the mounting plate portion.

A disconnection mechanism for a dark current fuse provides a connecting terminal connecting the dark current fuse, a fuse block body receiving the connecting terminal, and a fuse holder slidably engaged with the fuse block body in a direction of connecting the dark current fuse, the fuse holder provides a cutaway opening exposing a head of the dark current fuse being therein, an engaging projection disposed at an opening edge of the cutaway opening for engaging the head, and a supporting wall portion contacting a trunk of the dark current fuse. The disconnection mechanism is not necessary to store the extracted dark current fuse after a dark current fuse circuit is opened, so that there arises no possibility of missing the extracted dark current fuse, the dark current fuse can be extracted by using a puller, and the dark current fuse is surely held with being prevented from slipping off.
