A vehicle lid opening/closing device includes: a base portion mounted on a vehicle body; an opening exposing a supply port for supplying energy to a vehicle; a lid closing the opening; and a link mechanism opening/closing the lid between predetermined closed and opened positions. The link mechanism includes first and second arms each rotatably supported at one end portion thereof by the base portion and at another end portion thereof by the lid. The second arm rotates in synchronization with rotation of the first arm and is positionable in a rotation trajectory of the first arm when seen in a thrust direction. The first and second arms respectively have overlap portions overlapping each other in the thrust direction at the lid opened position, and stopper portions coming into contact with each other in a rotation direction at the lid opened position to restrict further opening of the lid.

A method of producing a sealing member for a fuel cell includes: setting a base material made of a modified polypropylene in a mold; bringing a hydrosilicone crosslinked ethylene/&#x3b1;-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer into contact with the base material and performing molding in the mold; and vulcanizing the hydrosilicone crosslinked ethylene/&#x3b1;-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer and at the same time, bonding the hydrosilicone crosslinked ethylene/&#x3b1;-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer and the base material by vulcanization, in the mold with a molding temperature set to a temperature that is higher than a vulcanization start temperature of the hydrosilicone crosslinked ethylene/&#x3b1;-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer and lower than a melting point of the modified polypropylene.

Fuel tank valve

The connector comprises a housing having a connection hole where a pipe with a flange is inserted, a retainer having a latching portion that retains the pipe by being arranged at a location facing the connection hole and engaged with the flange, and a checker that is supported by the housing at the retaining position and is movable from the retaining position to the connection confirmation position when the pipe is inserted into the connection hole up to the normal connection position. The checker is configured to release the engagement between the latching portion and the flange, when at the connection confirmation position, by having the retainer that is engaged with the flange of the pipe at the normal connection position pushed to expand the distance of the retainer so that the pipe can be pulled out from the connection hole.

A fuel cutoff valve includes: a casing main body having a valve chamber and a connecting hole to connect the valve chamber to the exterior of the fuel tank; a cover which has a pipe passageway which communicates with the exterior and which is connected to the connecting hole; a bottom member which has an induction chamber which has an opening portion through which liquid fuel and fuel vapor are allowed to flow and a distribution hole which communicates with the valve chamber; and a float configured to ascend and descend according to a fuel level in the fuel tank to close and open the connecting hole, wherein the bottom member has a guiding plate in the induction chamber, the guiding plate being formed into a shape of a recess portion which is oriented towards the opening portion in an axial section.

Fuel cutoff valve

A fuel cutoff valve comprises a casing having a primary valve chamber and a secondary valve chamber, a primary valve mechanism housed in the primary valve chamber, and a secondary valve mechanism housed in the secondary valve chamber. The casing has a first communication path that connects the inside of the fuel tank and the primary valve chamber, and a second communication path that connects the primary valve chamber and the secondary valve chamber, due to the differential pressure between the tank internal pressure and the primary valve chamber, by the fuel in the fuel tank flowing into the primary valve chamber through the first communication path, a connection conduit is closed by the primary valve mechanism. When the fuel level inside the fuel tank reaches a second fuel level, the second communication path is closed by the rising of the secondary valve mechanism.

A fuel cutoff valve is equipped with a casing main body having a valve chamber that forms a connection hole that is an opening to the valve chamber side on an upper wall, a cover that forms a pipe which forms a pipe passage, and a float housed inside the valve chamber. The cover is equipped with a pipe extended part which is provided extending inside the linking chamber from the pipe in a tube shape facing the connection hole and on an substantially straight line, the pipe extended part has an extended passageconnected to the pipe passage, the extended passage has an inflow port that opens to the linking chamber, and the inflow port is provided on the side opposite the pipe with the connection hole as the center.

A fuel cutoff valve comprises a casing main body with a connecting hole and a valve chamber, a cover forming the tube member, and the float housed in the valve chamber. The valve comprises, above the casing main body, the liquid closure member forming the retaining chamber for temporarily retaining liquid fuel flown out of the connecting hole and the partition member formed in plurality in a ridge form on the upper surface of the upper wall within the retaining chamber. Each partition member is arranged radially so as to be connected to the liquid closure member from the near center of the connecting hole, and configured in such a way that the retaining chamber is divided into multiple divided chambers.
