Provided are a morbidity diagnosis support system, a morbidity diagnosis data-generating system, and a morbidity diagnosis support method that are capable of supporting a highly reliable morbidity diagnosis. A morbidity diagnosis support system includes an extension device for extending a tissue section of cells, an image-photographing device for acquiring image data by image-photographing the tissue section, an image analysis device for analyzing the image data to calculate an index of morbidity based on a mode of cracks generated in the tissue section by the extension, and an output device for outputting the calculated index.

A technique capable of making an object move and transporting it without generation of a current, and extracting mechanical work. As a result of diligent effort, the present inventors have found that by arranging two electrodes for generating an electric field for a dielectric body of a micrometer-size or the like in an insulating fluid such as oil, such that the central axes of the two electrodes are not aligned, and applying an electric field (for example, constant electric field), the dielectric body can be transported three-dimensionally at will, and as a result, mechanical work can be extracted.

An object of the present invention is to construct an mRNA which specifically responds to a short RNA sequence and can activate, repress, and regulate the translation of the desired gene, and to construct an artificial cell model system using a liposome comprising the mRNA and a cell-free translational system encapsulated therein. The present invention provides: an mRNA comprising a target RNA-binding site located immediately 5' to the ribosome-binding site, and a nucleotide sequence located 5&#x2032; to the target RNA-binding site, the nucleotide sequence being complementary to the ribosome-binding site; an mRNA comprising a small RNA-binding site located 3&#x2032; to the start codon, and a nucleotide sequence located 3&#x2032; to the small RNA-binding site, the nucleotide sequence encoding a protein; and a liposome comprising any of these mRNAs encapsulated therein.
