A current sensor and contactor apparatus reduces the space required for arranging a current sensor and a contactor. This current sensor and contactor apparatus comprises a current sensor, a contactor and a substrate. The current sensor has a current sensor element, the current sensor detects a current value of power inputted from the outside and outputs a detection signal indicating the current value from the current sensor element. The contactor turns on and off a power line through which the power flows based on a control signal inputted from the outside. On the substrate, the current sensor element of the current sensor is installed and also a plurality of signal lines connecting the current sensor element and the contactor are formed. The current sensor, the contactor and the substrate are integrated.

A capacitor module is provided with a plurality of capacitors juxtaposedly disposed to have electrode terminals that are composed of positive electrode terminals and negative electrode terminals, respectively. Neighboring capacitors, among the plurality of capacitors, are disposed adjacent to each other to define neighboring electrode terminals, among the electrode terminals thereof, with the same polarity.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-output determination circuit that determines whether or not any one input voltage of a plurality of input voltages is equal to or higher than an upper-limit voltage value. This multi-output determination circuit includes a first diode-OR, upper-limit reference voltage generation means, and a first comparator. The first diode-OR includes a plurality of first diodes whose anodes are each connected to a respective one of the plurality of input voltages and whose cathodes are connected in common. The upper-limit reference voltage generation means has a first resistor, the first diode, and a second resistor that are connected in series between first and second power supply potentials, and generates an upper-limit reference voltage based on the voltage of the cathode of the first diode. The first comparator compares the output voltage of the first diode-OR with the upper-limit reference voltage.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an insulating communication circuit includes a first insulating circuithaving first and second circuits, a second insulating circuithaving third and fourth circuits, and a communication interface that is connected to a first ground and transmits a signal to the first circuit based on a communication signal and a clock signal from an external control device.

An object of the invention is to provide a PCB transformer having plural output channels, which can suppress a voltage fluctuation in each output channel to supply a stable output without the need for a larger body, even though an input load fluctuates. The PCB transformer include, a core having a core axis, a first layer including a winding for each input line separately wound around said core as plural input coils spaced from each other along the core axis, and a second layer including a winding for an output line corresponding to each output channel separately wound on said first layer as plural output coils spaced from each other along the core axis. One of the input coils and one of the output coils are disposed in one of winding regions defined along the core axis. In each the winding region, one coil having a narrower width of the input coil or the output coil is disposed within a width of another coil along said core axis.

The present invention provides a high-voltage measuring device capable of providing sufficient electric isolation between resistors and between resistors and a voltage measurement circuit without necessity of enlarging a size of a substrate for carry thereon the circuit. A high-voltage measuring device mounted on a substrate, including a high-voltage input terminal pair, a measuring terminal pair, a voltage measuring circuit having input terminals connected to the measuring terminal pair, and two resistive parts. One of the resistive parts electrically connects one of high-voltage input terminal pair and one of measuring terminal pair. The other of resistive parts electrically connects between the other of high-voltage input terminal pair and the other of measuring terminal pair. Each of the resistive parts includes a series circuit of at least one high resistance resistor and at least one low resistance resistor, and a distance between the high resistance resistors in each of the resistive parts is larger than that between the low resistance resistors.
