Provided is a low-pressure casting device whereby maintenance of an intermediate stoke can be facilitated. The present invention provides a low-pressure casting device having: a crucible inside which molten metal is stored; a stoke body which is inserted in the crucible and which supplies molten metal into a cavity of a die; and an intermediate stoke for connecting a sprue of the die and the stoke body; wherein the intermediate stoke has an inner, an intermediate stoke body for retaining the inner in the inside thereof, and a cover for covering the outside of the intermediate stoke body via a heat insulating part, a heater accommodating groove is formed in a side surface of the intermediate stoke body, and a heater is attached to the heater accommodating groove.

Low-pressure casting device

A casting device capable of manufacturing products in a short cycle time; and a casting method using this casting device. The casting device includes: a pressurized furnace; a mold having a cavity formed therein; a stalk; at least a first hot water tap in a cylindrical shape connecting the cavity and an end of the stalk on the downstream side in the molten metal filling direction and guiding the molten metal supplied to the stalk to inside the cavity; and a filter member provided in the first hot water tap. The filter member includes a flange extending along the extension direction of the first hot water tap and abutting an inner wall surface of the first hot water tap. A coolant passage having coolant flowing therethrough is provided in the vicinity of the inner wall surface.

Casting device and casting method

A casting device is provided with: a pair of cylinders; a core pin holding member to which core pins are attached; and a pair of bent members. The cylinder is disposed in parallel with a second limb of the bent member, and a rod is coupled to a surface on the inner side of a first limb of the bent member. The second limb is coupled to the core pin holding member via a coupling mechanism so as to be freely attachable to/detachable from the core pin holding member.

Casting device

A casting device is provided with: a positioning member that is provided to a base and comes into contact with an upper mold and a slide member to define the positions of the upper mold and the slide member at the time of mold clamping; and a restraining force-applying mechanism for applying a restraining force to the slide member in a direction opposite a pressing force acting on the positioning member from the slide member at the time of mold clamping of the slide member.

Provided is a casting dieincluding a base, a lower mold, a horizontal sliding mold, and an upper mold. The lower moldis configured by a lower mold bodyand a lower mold stage. A guide memberis mounted on the lower mold stageso as to freely move in the up and down direction with respect to the lower mold stage. The horizontal sliding moldis configured to slide on the guide memberand the lower mold body. The guide memberis provided with a locking partwhich locks with a lateral edge part of the lower mold bodywhen the lower mold bodyis separated upward from the lower mold stage, so that the lower mold bodyand the guide memberseparate upward together.
