[Problem to be Solved] An adhesive agent is accurately applied on an adhesive agent applying surface. [Solution] Provided are guiding members () that guide the conveyance of a sheet steel strip (F) along an intermittent conveyance direction of the sheet steel strip (F) and limit the upward movement of the sheet steel strip (F), and an adhesive agent applying apparatus () that applies an adhesive agent to an adhesive agent applying surface at a section corresponding to an iron core lamina (A, W).

Manufacturing apparatus for laminated iron core

To prevent an adhesive agent from adhering to a die set for outer shape punching and avoid contamination of the die set by the adhesive agent even if the adhesive agent protrudes from the outer shape contour of a laminated iron core, a laminated iron core manufacturing device includes: a first punch () and a first die () for punching a part of an outer shape of each iron core lamina in a sheet steel strip; an adhesive agent applying apparatus () configured to apply an adhesive agent on an adhesive agent application region including a portion defined in the sheet steel strip by punching by the first punch () and the first die; and a second punch () and a second die () configured to punch the outer shape of each iron core lamina other than the part punched by the first punch () and the first die () from the sheet steel strip.

Manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method for laminated iron core

A manufacturing method for a laminated iron core includes conveying a sheet steel strip in an intermittent manner in a lift up state, with upward movement of the strip being limited by a guiding member provided on a lower holder; punching an outer shape of each iron core laminae; and applying adhesive agent to a surface of the strip before the punching. The adhesive agent is applied in a state in which a pilot pin is inserted in a pilot hole of the strip and when the strip is about to be pressed against or is being pressed against the die plate by a stripper provided on an upper holder. After application of the adhesive agent, the strip is returned to the lift up state by raising the upper holder, with a lifter and the stripper plate being in abutment with the lower and upper surfaces of the strip, respectively.

Manufacturing method for laminated iron core

When provisionally blanking a lamination sheet by using a punch for provisional blanking and a counter punch, the displacement of pilot holes located around the lamination sheet is minimized. The progressive die machine () comprises a pilot hole punch (), a punch () for provisionally punching an iron core laminate () from a strip (W) formed with pilot holes (P), a counter punch () provided in a lower die assembly () and configured to push the iron core laminate () against the punch (), a stripper plate () for separating the strip (W) from the provisional blanking punch after a provisional punching, a punch () for completely separating the iron core laminate from the strip. At least a part of the stripper plate () associated with the provisionally blanking is not in contact with the strip, and at least a part of an outer peripheral part of the provisionally blanked lamination sheet is formed with a connecting portion () connected to the strip.

Progressive die machine and method for manufacturing laminated iron cores by using same

In a back pressure device for progressive die apparatus, a suitable back pressure can be produced during the blanking interval preventing the iron core laminates from being pushed upward by using a simple structure. The back pressure device for progressive die apparatus comprises a support table () disposed in a vertically moveable manner in an iron core retaining member () for retaining iron core laminates blanked from the sheet steel strip in the progressive die apparatus () and for stacking the iron core laminates thereon one after another, a support unit () for supporting the support table, a lifting motor () for causing a vertical movement of the support table via the support unit and a control unit () for controlling a rotational motion of the lifting motor, wherein the control unit is configured to set a plurality of torque limit values for limiting an output torque of the lifting motor depending on an action of the progressive die apparatus so that the output torque is limited by a largest of the torque limit values during a blanking interval for the iron core laminates.

Method for measuring the surface shape of a thin element such as a silicon wafer measures the surface shapes of one surface and the other surface of the thin element by independently measuring the distance each to one surface and to the other surface of the thin element by rotating or moving the thin element within a single plane and independently moving the first and second measuring means along the first and second guide shafts. Apparatus for measuring the surface shape of the thin element measures the surface shapes of one surface and the other surface of the thin element by rotating or moving the thin element supported within the same plane by a supporting means, and independently measuring the distance each to one surface and to the other surface of the thin element by the first and second measuring means while independently moving the first and second sliders along the first and second guide shafts. The method measures the thickness of each part of the thin element based on the surface shapes of one surface and the other surface of the thin element as measured by the method for measuring the surface shape of the thin element and the distance between the first and second measuring means.
