A semiconductor device includes: a first terminal connected to an antenna; a second terminal connected to an input terminal of a receiving circuitry; a third terminal connected to an output terminal of a transmitting circuitry; a first inductor arranged in a signal path extending from the first terminal to the second terminal; and a second inductor arranged in a signal path extending from the first terminal to the third terminal, and the first inductor and the second inductor are formed so as to have at least a partial overlapping portion in plan view.

The variation of the oscillation frequency of an oscillator can be suppressed even in the case where the amount of interference with the oscillator accompanied by an amplifying operation of a power amplifier and the polarity are not constant. An oscillator is configured to be capable of oscillating at an oscillation frequency in accordance with control signals Vcont and FREQ_CTRL. A phase locked loop allows the oscillator to output an oscillation signal Vout in synchronization with a reference signal RELCLK using the control signal Vcont. A power amplifier amplifies the electric power of the oscillation signal Vout. A variation detection unit detects a variation with respect to the time change of the control signal Vcont after an amplifying operation is started by the power amplifier causing 3interference with the oscillator. A variation correction unit generates the control signal FREQ_CTRL on the basis of the variation detected by the variation detection unit, and corrects the variation of the oscillation frequency caused by the interference accompanied by the amplifying operation of the power amplifier.

Pneumatic tire

Gain setting can be performed at high speed while reducing DC offset due to a filter cutoff frequency changeover without the need for input signal muting. A filter circuit having first and second filters is capable of allowing settings of first and second cutoff frequencies. First and second filter switch circuits and a charging circuit including a charging resistor and a charging switch are provided. For a first time period, the first switch circuit is controllably turned on while the second switch circuit is controllably turned off, thereby providing the first filter function. For a second time period, the first switch circuit is controllably turned off while the second switch circuit is controllably turned on, thereby providing the second filter function. For the first time period, the charging switch is controllably turned on so that the second capacitor is charged via the charging resistor.

A high frequency signal processing device is capable of carrying out high-accuracy modulation by a PLL circuit. A digital loop is configured in addition to an analog loop having, for example, a phase frequency detector, a charge pump circuit, and a loop filter. A digital calibration circuit is provided which searches for the optimal code set to a capacitor bank upon frequency modulation. Upon the search for the optimal code, a calibration controller first sets a division ratio based on a center frequency to a divider and determines the value of a voltage control signal using the analog loop. Then, the loop filter holds the value of the voltage control signal therein, and a division ratio corresponding to a 'center frequency+modulated portion' is set to the divider, thereby operating the digital loop. The optimal code is obtained by a convergent value of the digital loop.

This invention relates to a shaped fibrous material for use in the manufacture of fiber-reinforced metals comprising a uniform mixture of ceramic fibers and aluminum borate whiskers. The invention also relates to a method for producing the shaped fibrous material comprising the steps of dispersing ceramic fibers and aluminum borate whiskers in a suitable solvent containing a binder to form a slurry, transferring the slurry into a suction molding, aspirating and dehydrating the slurry to form a shaped dehydrated fibrous material, and drying and firing the shaped dehydrated fibrous material to obtain the shaped fibrous material. The shaped fibrous material can be cast efficiently into a fiber-reinforced metal with a high yield. The thus produced fiber-reinforced metal has a high wear resistance combined with a very mild nature of attacking the mating member.

A refractory for use in firing ceramics has a ceramic coating applied by plasma spraying onto the surface of a heat-resistant lightweight shaped article containing heat-resistant lightweight shaped article containing heat-resistant inorganic fibers. The shaped article is composed of highly aluminous short fibers not longer than 2,000 .mu.m or a mixture thereof with an aluminous refractory powder as bound to each other by means of aluminous binder, the shaped article not containing free silica.

A process of production of alumina short fiber reinforced magnesium or magnesium alloy product features formation of alumina short fiber pre-form utilizing a inorganic binder which is composed of one or more oxides having thermodynamically stability equivalent to or higher than MgO. Pressure casting of molten magnesium or magnesium alloy is then performed for forming the final products.
