At least one of a plurality of generators is a first generator configured such that a relationship of a generator output voltage with respect to a generator active power output from the generator to a corresponding first AC wiring portion has a predetermined first drooping characteristic. The control device is configured to generate a drive signal for a power conversion device by deciding a target value of a first control element such that a relationship of an AC wiring portion voltage with respect to a power conversion device active power output from the power conversion device to a first AC wiring portion corresponding to a first generator has a predetermined second drooping characteristic and correcting the target value of the first control element according to a DC voltage at a DC wiring portion.

Power supply system

While a power storage installation operates as a virtual generator to maintain an power storage amount, a power generating installation calculates a first generated power change rate command value from a deviation between a frequency of a power distribution system and a frequency command value, calculates a second generated power change rate command value from received power measured by a received power measurer, calculates a second active power command value by integrating a generated power change rate command value to which the first generated power change rate command value and the second generated power change rate command value are added, and controls an output of the power generating installation based on the second active power command value.

Combined power generation system

A power conversion device includes: a power converter to perform output to an output line connected to a single-phase power system; and a control device to control the power converter so it operates as a virtual synchronous generator. The control device includes: a voltage and current measurer to obtain, from a single-phase system voltage, an angular velocity and a phase of the system voltage by an estimation operation that uses the phase of the system voltage as a parameter; a power obtainer to obtain active power and reactive power; a governor model to calculate a phase difference; an AVR model to calculate an absolute value of an induced voltage of a virtual synchronous generator; a generator model to calculate current command values corresponding to an armature current of the virtual synchronous generator; and a current controller to generate and output a PWM signal to the power converter.

Power conversion device connected to single-phase system

A power converter that includes: a power conversion unit; and a control unit configured to control the power conversion unit such that the power conversion unit operates as a virtual synchronous generator. The control unit includes: an AVR model unit; a governor and driving source model unit; a power generation torque arithmetic operation unit; a rotation angle arithmetic operation unit; a voltage d-q conversion unit; and a generator model unit configured to perform arithmetic operation.
