A sound generator includes a housing and a vibrator. The vibrator includes at least one piezoelectric element and has at least of a part thereof inside the housing. A contact portion on the at least one piezoelectric element is configured to transmit generated vibration to an object outside of the sound generator. The at least one piezoelectric element generates vibration in response to a signal from outside the vibrator, and causes the object to vibrate and generate a sound to emit from the object.

Sound generator

An electronic device in which a vibration generator is attached to a panel allows further improvement in sound pressure characteristics. An electronic device () includes a housing (), a panel () held by the housing (), a vibration generator () attached to the panel (), and a sheet member () between the housing () and the panel (). The panel () deforms due to deformation of the vibration generator () to transmit human body vibration sound to an object that contacts the panel (). A first portion of the sheet member () is joined to the panel (), and a second portion of the sheet member () differing from the first portion is joined to the housing (). Between the first portion and the second portion, the sheet member () includes an area to which neither the panel () nor the housing () is attached.

Electronic device

A sound generator includes a housing (), a stand () supporting the housing (), a piezoelectric vibrator () including a piezoelectric element (), and an anchor applying a load to the piezoelectric vibrator (). While the load from the anchor is being applied to the piezoelectric vibrator (), the piezoelectric vibrator () deforms in response to a sound signal, and deformation of the piezoelectric vibrator () vibrates a mounting surface () on which the sound generator is mounted, causing sound to be emitted from the mounting surface ().

Provided is an electronic device including: a housing; a vibration body disposed in the housing; and a microphone disposed in the housing. By vibrating the vibration body, the electronic device transmits air conduction sound and vibration sound that is generated by the vibration. During the generation of the sounds, howling reduction processing is performed, so that usability of the electronic device is improved.

An electronic device is provided with a housing, a piezoelectric element, and a panel, which is attached to the housing and has a contact area contacting a part of human body, configured to vibrate by the piezoelectric element to generate a vibration sound to be transmitted by vibrating the part of human body, such that pressure from inside of the housing at the contact area of the panel is smaller than pressure from inside of the housing at different area from the contact area. Thereby the sound pressure property is improved, and thus the electronic device preferably transmits air conduction sound and vibration sound.

A mobile electronic device includes: a housing that includes an opening part; a display part that includes a display area and that is disposed inside the housing, wherein the display area is visible from the outer section of the housing through the opening part; a touch panel that is stacked and disposed on the outer side of the housing facing the display area of the display part, and that is exposed to the outer section of the housing; and a vibration part that is disposed in the touch panel in the area that is on the outer circumferential side of the display part in the planar direction of the touch panel.

Mobile electronic device

A mobile terminal includes a first base having a first light transmission part, the first light transmission part is configured to transmit light from an inside to an outside of the first base. A light source is arranged inside the first base and in a location capable of emitting the light to the outside of the first base via the first light transmission part.
