An packing has an annular shape. The packing includes: a plurality of first protruding portions that protrude in a direction of enlarging a diameter from an outer peripheral surface of the annular shape to be continuous along a circumference and are arranged in parallel in an axial direction; a plurality of second protruding portions that protrude in a direction of reducing a diameter from an inner peripheral surface of the annular shape to be continuous along a circumference and are arranged in parallel in the axial direction with a parallel width wider than a parallel width with which the first protruding portions are arranged; and axially-protruding portions that are provided positions to sandwich the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion from both sides in the axial direction and protrude in the axial direction from both ends in the axial direction of the first protruding portion.

Packing

In a terminal block which is interposed between a motor caseand an inverter case placed in the motor case and connects a motor input terminal to an inverter output terminal, an upper base for accommodating an inverter side connecting terminal connected to the inverter output terminal is fixed to the inverter case, and a lower base for accommodating a motor side connecting terminal is fixed to the motor case, and a waterproof and elastic member is interposed between the upper base and the lower base and the motor side connecting terminal is connected to the inverter side connecting terminal by a flexible conductive member (a braided wire).

Provided is a connector connection structure which is configured to directly connect connectors provided to casings of two devices, respectively, to each other, and which can keep sealing property of the connector connection portion. A second terminal is arranged movable with respect to a second casing, thus displacement of a first casing and the second casing with respect to each other can be absorbed by allowing the second terminal to move, thereby allowing the connectors provided respectively to the casings of the two devices to be directly connected to each other. At this time, a connector-side opening of a second housing is closed using a first housing of a first connector as a mating connector, thereby keeping sealing property of the connector connection portion while allowing the connectors provided respectively to the casings of the two devices to be directly connected to each other.

Connector connection structure

Provided is a connector which can prevent slide-contact between an insulation part and a mating terminal while improving a human body contact prevention function. A tip end insulation part provided to an end face of a terminal fitting main body is receded with respect to a contact face which contacts with a mating terminal, thereby preventing the slide-contact between an insulation part and a mating terminal when connecting the connectors to each other. Further, a side insulation parts provided so as to sandwich the tip end insulation part in the Y direction are protruded with respect to the tip end insulation part, so a finger of an operator is unlikely to reach to the contact face, thereby improving the human body contact prevention function.

A shielded connector structure includes a shielded wire for connecting a device, a shielded connector, and a metal member provided on the device. The shielded connector includes a terminal fitting, a shield terminal, a housing, and a bolt for fixing the housing to the metal member. The metal member includes a circular insertion hole and a female screw portion. The circular insertion hole includes an inner circumferential projected portion and a cutout portion that divides a part of the inner circumferential projected portion. The housing includes a cylindrical housing main body and a fixing flange portion. The housing main body includes a main body insertion portion inserted into the circular insertion hole and a projection portion which protrudes from an outer circumferential surface of the main body insertion portion in conformity with a position of the inner circumferential projected portion.

A connector that prevents damage to an electric circuit provided inside a connecting object is provided. Two shield cables constituting a wire harness, a cable-side connector accommodating a distal end of the shield cable, and a device-side connector secured to a unit case are included. The cable-side connector includes a conductive shield shell including a shell body and a shell cap member, and a female housing that is made of an insulating resin and accommodated in the shield shell to allow the shield cable to be inserted therein. The shell securing portion for securing together the shell body and the shell cap member is provided in a position to oppose in the fastening direction of the bolt the device-side securing portion that secures the device-side connector to the unit case.

Connector

A connector includes a plurality of terminals, a connector housing, a pair of partition walls and a concave section. The connector housing includes a base section on which the terminals are erected. The partition walls are erected on a bottom surface of the base section so as to intersect with a straight line connecting base end sections of a pair of the terminals adjacent to each other. The concave section is recessed into the bottom surface of the base section so as to intersect with a straight line connecting base end sections of the partition walls at adjacent side end edges of the partition walls.

A connector comprises a connector housing receiving therein a terminal fitting connected to an electrode of a connector-mounting portion and an electrical wire at an end of which the terminal fitting is provided; a cap for the connector housing; and a packing for the cap. The packing includes a mushroom-like locking projection with an enlarged end portion. The cap includes a locking hole into which the end portion of the locking projection is inserted so that the end portion is placed in locking engagement with the locking hole.

A waterproof plug includes a cylindrical resin member and a sealing section configured to include an outer circumference section which is provided on an outer face of the resin member and an inner circumference section which is provided on an inner face of the resin member. The outer circumference section intimately contacts to an inner wall face of a cavity of a connector housing, and the inner circumference section intimately contacts to an outer circumference face of an electric wire. An outer circumference face of the resin member is brought into contact with an inner wall face of an electric wire through hole of the connector housing. The resin member has a plurality of protruded claw sections protruding toward the inner circumference section side along a circumference direction of the resin member.

A connecting structure of a shield braided part includes a shield shell that accommodates a connector housing which accommodates a terminal fitting connected to an end portion of an electric wire, and the shield shell including a tubular part which covers an outer periphery of the end portion of the electric wire, and a shield ring that is attached to an outer periphery of the tubular part of the shield shell and sandwiches an end portion of a tubular shield braided part covering the outer periphery of the electric wire between an outer peripheral face of the tubular part and the shield ring. A protruding part which protrudes toward the shield braided part is formed in the shield ring. A braided part insert hole is formed in the protruding part.

Low-insertion-force connector assembly

A connector includes a first assembly structure and a second assembly structure assembled together. The first assembly structure includes: a connector housing from which an electric wire is pulled out; a first shield shell fixed to the connector housing; and a first locking portion provided on any one of the connector housing and the first shield shell. The second assembly structure includes: a second shield shell having a guide configured to make pressure contact with a connection plate of the first shield shell in an assembled state; a second locking portion engaging with the first locking portion in the assembled state; a shield electric wire covering the electric wire; and an electric wire fastener fastening the shield electric wire to the second shield shell with the shield electric wire interposed between the electric wire fastener and the second shield shell.
