This manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is a manufacturing method of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having no forsterite film, in which in a decarburization annealing process, a cold-rolled steel sheet is (i-1) heated at an average heating rate (HR1) of 40 to 500° C./sec in a temperature range of 550° C. or higher and lower than 720° C., (i-2) heated at an average heating rate (HR2), which is 5 to 50° C./sec, in a temperature range of 720° C. to T1° C. (770° C.≤T1 (° C.)≤900° C.), and (ii) retained at the temperature of T1° C. for 50 to 1000 seconds to make an amount of C 25 ppm or less in an atmosphere of an oxygen partial pressure (P1) which is 0.0010 to 0.20.

Manufacturing method of grain-oriented electrical steel sheet

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises a base steel sheet and a glass coating that is formed on the surface of the base steel sheet, and is characterized in that: the base steel sheet contains as chemical components, in mass %, 0.010% or less of C, from 2.00% to 4.00% of Si, from 0.05% to 1.00% of Mn, from 0.010% to 0.065% of Al, 0.004% or less of N and 0.010% or less of S, with the balance of Fe and impurities, wherein the oxygen concentration in the glass coating and the base steel sheet is 2,500 ppm or less; and if Iis the first peak intensity of Al and Iis the second peak intensity of Al in the concentration profile of Al, the relationship of mathematical formula (1) I<Iis satisfied.

Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a steel layer and an insulation coating arranged in directly contact with the steel layer thereon. The steel layer includes, as a chemical composition, by mass %, 2.9 to 4.0% of Si, 2.0 to 4.0% of Mn, 0 to 0.20% of Sn, and 0 to 0.20% of Sb. In the steel layer, a silicon content and a manganese content expressed in mass % satisfy 1.2%&#x2264;Si&#x2212;0.5&#xd7;Mn&#x2264;2.0%, and a tin content and an antimony content expressed in mass % satisfy 0.005%&#x2264;Sn+Sb&#x2264;0.20%.

An adhesive film includes a resin film; and an adhesive layer provided on the resin film. The adhesive layer includes a resin composition including 2 parts by mass or more of an epoxy resin including two or more epoxy groups in molecules and having epoxy equivalents of 300 g/eq or less, per 100 parts by mass of an amorphous resin, which is soluble to a solvent and has a plurality of carboxyl groups in molecules, and which has a glass transition temperature of 100&#xb0; C. or less and an acid value of 5 KOHmg/g or more. A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprising a steel sheet having a surface on which grooves, in which an extending direction crosses a rolling direction and a depth direction is parallel to a sheet thickness direction, are formed, and wherein a molten solidified substance ranging in parallel to the groove exists on both sides of the groove on the surface of the steel sheet, and a height becoming a maximum frequency in a height distribution of height data in which the surface of the steel sheet in a specific area including the groove is measured at regular intervals is set as a virtual plane, and a value of V2/V1 is more than 0.10 and less than 0.80, wherein V1 is a space volume of recess parts recessed from the virtual plane and V2 is a volume of projection parts projected from the virtual plane.

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a base steel sheet; a primary film formed on a surface of the base steel sheet; and a tension insulation coating formed on a surface of the primary film, in which a magnetic domain control is performed by irradiating the tension insulation coating with a laser from above. When a strip-like sample having a length of 300 mm in a direction parallel to a rolling direction of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and a length of 60 mm in a direction parallel to a transverse direction is extracted from the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, a range from a surface of the tension insulation coating to a depth position of 5 &#x3bc;m toward the base steel sheet side from an interface between the base steel sheet and the primary film is removed by pickling at least one surface of the sample, and a warpage amount of the sample is thereafter measured, the warpage amount satisfies predetermined conditions.

Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet causing low core loss and low magnetostriction

A non-oriented magnetic steel sheet includes a specific chemical composition represented by, in mass %: Si: 3.0% to 3.6%; Al: 0.50% to 1.25%; Mn: 0.5% to 1.5%; Sb or Sn or both of them: [Sb]+[Sn]/2 is 0.0025% to 0.05% where [Sb] denotes an Sb content and [Sn] denotes an Sn content; P: 0.010% to 0.150%; Ni: 0.010% to 0.200%; C: 0.0010% to 0.0040%; and others. The thickness of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet is 0.15 mm to 0.30 mm. the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet includes magnetic properties represented by, where t denotes a thickness (mm) of the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet: a magnetic flux density B50: '0.2&#xd7;t+1.52' T or more; a magnetic flux density difference &#x394;B50: 0.08 T or less; core loss W10/50: 0.95 W/kg or less; and core loss W10/400: '20&#xd7;t+7.5' W/kg or less. A ratio of a number of intergranular carbides precipitated in grains relative to a sum of the number of the intergranular carbides and a number of grain boundary carbides precipitated on grain boundaries is 0.50 or less.

Non-oriented magnetic steel sheet and method of manufacturing the same

Non-oriented electrical steel sheet and method of manufacturing non-oriented electrical steel sheet

Wiring material, method for fabricating the same, and secondary battery device and electronic equipment using the same

A predetermined steel containing Te: 0.0005 mass % to 0.0050 mass % is heated to 1320&#xb0; C. or lower to be subjected to hot rolling, and is subjected to annealing, cold rolling, decarburization annealing, and nitridation annealing, and thereby a decarburized nitrided steel sheet is obtained. Further, an annealing separating agent is applied on the surface of the decarburized nitrided steel sheet and finish annealing is performed, and thereby a glass coating film is formed. The N content of the decarburized nitrided steel sheet is set to 0.0150 mass % to 0.0250 mass % and the relationship of 2&#xd7;[Te]+[N]&#x2266;0.0300 mass % is set to be established. Note that [Te] represents the Te content and [N] represents the N content.

A method is for producing an electrode terminal connector for electrically connecting together a positive terminal and a negative terminal of mutually dissimilar metals. The method includes pressing a first plate of a similar metal to the positive terminal to form a mounting hole in the first plate, pressing a second plate of a similar metal to the negative terminal to form a metallic member which is larger in diameter than the mounting hole, and inserting the metallic member into the mounting hole by press fitting to join the first plate and the metallic member together. The method further includes providing the metallic member with an intervening layer of metal having an ionization tendency between an ionization tendency of metal constituting the first plate and an ionization tendency of metal constituting the second plate, and the first plate and the metallic member are joined together via the intervening layer.

Electrode terminal connector producing method

Hot rolling is performed on a steel with a predetermined composition containing Ti: 0.0020 mass % to 0.010 mass % and/or Cu: 0.010 mass % to 0.50 mass % to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet. Annealing is performed on the hot-rolled steel sheet to obtain an annealed steel sheet. Cold rolling is performed on the annealed steel sheet to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet. Decarburization annealing and nitridation annealing are performed on the cold-rolled steel sheet to obtain a decarburized nitrided steel sheet. Then, finish annealing is performed on the decarburized nitrided steel sheet. When obtaining the decarburized nitrided steel sheet, heating on the cold-rolled steel sheet is started in a decarburizing and nitriding atmosphere, then first annealing is performed at a first temperature within a predetermined range, and then second annealing is performed at a second temperature within a predetermined range.
