A wireless management system manages a wireless system including a base station and terminals. The wireless management system includes a computer that includes an arithmetic device that executes predetermined arithmetic processing, and a storage device connected to the arithmetic device. The arithmetic device calculates a usage rate of radio resources used by the terminal based on positional information of the terminals and the number of terminals communicating with the base station at the time of communication between the terminals and the base station.

A processor of a sensor device performs measurement processing by one or a plurality of sensors and transmission processing of sensor data generated by the measurement processing. The sensor device includes a processing routine table that stores a processing routine configured to include, corresponding to an identifier for identifying processing performed by a processor, a type of the processing, an execution trigger of the processing, and trigger information that prescribes a trigger for transmitting the sensor data. An object of the present invention is to prevent wrong registration due to an operation error and an input error in installation work of a sensor device. A terminal acquires a first identifier which the sensor device has and further, acquires positional information using a positioning device. The terminal transmits the first identifier and the positional information respectively acquired to a management server. The sensor device transmits a second identifier held by itself to the management server. The management server correlates the second identifier and the positional information when the management server judges that the first identifier and the second identifier are located in predetermined relation, registers them in a storage, and the management server notifies the sensor device of a result of the judgment.

A period is defined to execute the sequences (processes) of communication data acquisition, measuring communication quality, communication quality data acquisition, and channel change. Processing is controlled to execute each process within a time limit set for each process and execute all processes in one cycle. This avoids that a delayed sequence influences and delays other sequences and can suppress delays. If processing fails to finish a sequence, it will resume the same sequence in the next cycle. For communication stations sharing timeslots, there are provided offset periods differing in length before the start of carrier sense in the timeslots for these stations. Consequently, even under a condition in which packet collision may occur, the collision of packets can be avoided by detecting a packet sent to another station by carrier sense. A sensor transmits and receives wireless signals at intervals. A sensor unit, a processor, a wireless transmitter circuit, and a wireless receiver circuit are activated in sequence only for a fixed time when the electric power generated by a generator circuit and charged in a capacitor reaches a preset level. Sensing information detected by the sensor unit is processed by the processor circuit and, information on the number of receivable bytes is added to the processing results in the wireless receiver circuit. This added information is sent as sensor information to the wireless host from the wireless transmitting circuit, and the wireless receiver circuit that activated after the wireless transmitter circuit was activated, receives a control information signal from the wireless host. This received information is processed in the processor circuit.
