A drawing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a light source section and a scanning section. The light source section generates a plurality of laser light beams having wavelengths that are different from each other and each correspond to an absorption wavelength of a photothermal conversion agent included in a recording medium. The scanning section scans a surface of the recording medium with the plurality of laser light beams in a state in which irradiation spots of the plurality of laser light beams are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in a direction orthogonal to or obliquely intersecting with a scanning direction of the plurality of laser light beams.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage media are disclosed that involve a server receiving a search query including a query term and a substitute term for the query term and data corresponding to a set of documents. The server accesses a value corresponding to a relevance of the search query to a selected document from the set of documents and determines that the value satisfies a predetermined threshold. The server then generates a score for the selected document according to a first scoring model, the first scoring model including a first increment value for the substitute term. The first scoring model is different than a second scoring model used to generate scores for one or more other documents from the set of documents.

A semiconductor chip is bonded to lead terminals via insulating layers. The semiconductor chip is electrically connected to the lead terminals in bonding parts on the tip of inner leads by bonding wires, respectively. In a plastic encapsulated semiconductor device, there is used a lead frame including an island for bearing thereon a semiconductor chip, a number of terminal leads extending outwardly from a proximity of the island, a pair of wing leads extending outwardly from a pair of opposite short-sides of the island. The wing leads are not coupled with tie-bars of the lead frame, and are positioned in a plane lower in level than a plane of the terminal leads. With this arrangement, even if pitch of the terminal leads is narrowed, the wing leads can be made not to interfere interfering with the terminal leads.
