A gear box includes a casing, a gear that is accommodated in the casing and transmits the power of a motor, an output gear that is connected to the gear in the casing, and a collar that is externally inserted to the output shaft of the output gear and is rotatable relative to both the output shaft and the casing.

In a wheel train mechanism, a first speed reduction gear, a second speed reduction gear, a third speed reduction gear, a fourth speed reduction gear and an output gear are all made of a resin material. The third speed reduction gear and the fourth speed reduction gear are disposed at a rear stage of the second speed reduction gear and made of a material having rigidity higher than that of the first speed reduction gear and the second speed reduction gear. The output gear is disposed at a rear stage of the fourth speed reduction gear and is made of a material having rigidity higher than that of the fourth speed reduction gear.

A gear box includes a casing having a partition portion, a supporting shaft fixed to the partition portion, and an output shaft supported so as to be rotatable around the supporting shaft and to which a pinion gear is fixed. The casing has a division wall that is positioned in the &#x2212;Z direction with respect to the partition portion and is capable of abutting against the supporting shaft. The division wall constitutes a portion of a motor accommodation portion for accommodating a motor.

To provide a blade drive device that may prevent malfunction of blades. A blade drive device includes a base plate having an opening to be opened and closed by a blade on an optical axis, and a flexible substrate having joint portions to which conductor wires of a first actuator and a second actuator that drive the blades are joined, the flexible substrate being provided between the base plate and the blades on one side of the base plate in an axis direction of the optical axis. The base plate is provided with a substrate housing part in which at least a part of the flexible substrate is housed and to which a covering material for covering the joint portions is applied. The substrate housing part is provided with wall surface extending from the other side toward the one side in the axis direction of the optical axis. The wall surface is provided with corner portions extending along a direction crossing the axis direction of the optical axis. The corner portions are provided between the blades and the flexible substrate in the axis direction of the optical axis.

Blade drive device and optical apparatus

To provide an actuator in which an unstable movement of a rotor is controlled. An actuator includes a coil, a bobbin around which the coil is wound, a rotor positioned inside the bobbin, a shaft to which the rotor is fixed and which is rotatably supported, a stator including a base portion positioned on one end side of the shaft, outer magnetic pole portions extending from the base portion along the shaft and positioned outside the bobbin and inner magnetic pole portions extending from the base portion along the shaft and positioned between the rotor and the inside of the bobbin, a stator including a base portion positioned on the other end side of the shaft, outer magnetic pole portions extending from the base portion along the shaft and positioned outside the bobbin and inner magnetic pole portions extending from the base portion along the shaft and positioned between the rotor and the inside of the bobbin and a cover positioned between the rotor and the stator and contacting tip portions of the inner magnetic pole portions to regulate the approach of the inner magnetic pole portions to the rotor.

An aperture device includes: a board including an opening; a blade opening and closing the opening; and first and second receiving plates sandwiching the blade; wherein the first receiving plate includes a pressing portion partially pressing the blade toward the second plate.

An actuator includes: a coil; a permanent magnet rotor secured to and rotatably supported by an output shaft inside the coil; a bobbin made of a non-magnetic material and around which the coil is wound; a first stator inserted into and secured to the bobbin in one direction, and including an inner magnetic pole portion and an outer magnetic pole portion extending inside and outside the coil in an axial direction of the rotor, respectively; and a second stator inserted into and secured to the bobbin in a direction opposite to the one direction, and including an inner magnetic pole portion and an outer magnetic pole portion extending inside and outside the coil in the axial direction of the rotor, respectively.

A blade drive device includes: a blade; a drive source that drives the blade; and a chassis that has an opening opened and closed by the blade and that houses the blade and the drive source. The drive source includes: a rotor that is rotatably supported; a stator around which a coil for excitation is wound and which applies a rotational force to the rotor. The stator is arranged to surround a periphery of the opening and has a rectangular shape.

A blade drive device includes: a board that has an opening; a blade that opens and closes the opening; and a drive source that drives the blade. The drive source includes a rotor rotatably supported and a stator for applying a rotational force to the rotor. The stator, around which a coil for excitation is wound, has a fitting hole fitted with a projective portion formed on the board and has a rectangular shape.

A blade drive device includes: a blade; a drive source that drives the blade; and a chassis that has an opening opened and closed by a driving of the blade, and that houses the blade and the drive source. The drive source includes: a rotor that is rotatably supported; and a stator around which a coil for excitation is wound and which applies a rotational force to the rotor. The stator is formed along an inner side surface of the chassis and has a rectangular shape.

An imaging device includes: an image pickup unit including an image pickup element and a control substrate mounted with the image pickup element; and a shutter unit including a blade for adjusting an amount of light reaching the image pickup element and a drive source for driving the blade. The shutter unit includes a terminal portion electrically connected to a coil of the drive source. The terminal portion extends outward from the shutter unit and is electrically connected to the control substrate. The terminal portion and the image pickup unit include alignment means for aligning these each other. The shutter unit is aligned with the image pickup unit via the terminal portion.
