A lubricating oil supplying device allows for the oil discharge amount to be more finely controlled by provision of many outlet ports, and by reducing the influence of vibration. Therefore, a spool valve unit and a pump are separately formed. The spool valve unit includes an open-close spool valve and a solenoid for controlling operation of this spool valve. Plural inlet passages and an outlet passage are formed in the spool valve. The spool valve opens or closes the inlet passages, and oil from the pump is introduced into these inlet passages. One side of the outlet passage communicates with the inlet passages, and the other side communicates with an engine. A passage for introducing the oil from an oil tank to a pump chamber is formed in the solenoid. When the solenoid is turned &ldquo;OFF&rdquo;, communication between the return passage and the inlet passages is interrupted by the spool valve, and the oil is discharged from the pump to the plural inlet passages. The oil is discharged from the inlet passages to the engine via a check valve. When the solenoid is turned &ldquo;ON&rdquo;, the return passage communicates with the inlet passages through the spool valve, and the oil is returned to the pump via the return passage.

Lubricating oil supplying device

A diaphragm is sandwiched between a first body and a second body , and comprises an outer diaphragm which is made of synthetic resin and has an opening formed within an effective diameter X, and an inner diaphragm arranged in the opening . The outer and inner diaphragms and are hermetically sealed by a coupling member made of rubber. Therefore, the diaphragm reciprocates as a synthetic resin diaphragm at very low temperatures. At normal temperatures, the inner diaphragm reciprocates extensively via the rubber coupling member compared with the outer diaphragm , thereby increasing a flow rate of the fuel pump compared with a fuel pump in which a diaphragm is made only of synthetic resin. When the diaphragm is replaced depending upon a desired flow rate, the second body can be manufactured using one die, which is effective in reducing manufacturing costs.

Diaphragm type fuel pump

A pipe-fastening structure for an evaporation valve having a housing and a gas extraction path formed within the housing comprises a cylindrical connecting member, fixed to the housing, with first engaging portion and an inner space, a stopper member having a cylindrical inner member and second engaging portion engaging with the first engaging portion in two stages, a variable member, formed at part of the inner member in a cylindrical shape with a diameter capable of enlargement, channels formed at the inner wall of the variable member, a pipe for connecting evaporation valves and a large diameter bulge section formed in the vicinity of an end of the pipe. Locations of the inner member other than the variable member fit closely with the cylindrical inner wall of the connecting member and the first and second engaging portions undergo first stage engagement.

Evaporation valve pipe-fastening structure

A fuel pump which has excellent heat resistance and salt resistance, is low in cost and light in weight, and which is free from fuel leakage. The fuel pump has a bottom body formed of a thermosetting resin such as bakelite material which has heat resistance and strength, and a top body and a cover formed of a thermoplastic resin. The top body and the cover are assembled with a seal member such as a gasket held between the top body and the cover, and the top body and the bottom body are fixed together by a fixing element. Thereby, the main body portions of the fuel pump are constituted of resin.

Fuel pump

The invention provides a compact oil pump for separate lubrication having no back gear with the rotation of an engine as a driving source even when the engine is reversely rotated. In the oil pump for separate lubrication, a distributor is fitted to a cylinder,arranged in a pump body so as to be rotated and moved in an axial direction; a plunger is fitted to a pump chamber arranged in the distributor so as to go in and out of the pump chamber; a shaft arranged on a side opposed to the pump chamber of the distributor is covered with a worm wheel engaged with a driving worm, and a pin inserted into the shaft is engaged with a concave portion formed in the worm wheel with play; a lead cam arranged in the worm wheel comes in press contact with a discharging amount setting cam and the plunger,comes in press contact with a cover for closing the cylinder by a spring interposed between the distributor and the plunger; an inlet-outlet path, communicated with the pump chamber and opened to a circumferential face of the distributor is arranged in the distributor; and an outlet hole, and an inlet hole conforming to an opening portion of the inlet-outlet path, in a position in the axial direction of the cylinder are arranged in the pump body.

Oil pump for separate lubrication

A mechanical lubricating pump for supplying lubricating oil to rotary parts of machines and equipment. A rotatable distributor is inserted in the lengthwise direction of a pump body, and a suction port and a discharge port are provided in the diametrical direction of the body. A worm gear is disposed at one end of the distributor, while a plunger is inserted at the other end. Upon rotation of the distributor, the plunger executes relative movements in the axial direction, so that the pumping action is effected to suck and discharge the lubricating oil. The distributor has means by which the roles of the suction port and the discharge port at the time of the forward rotation of a driving source are maintained as they are when the driving source is reversely rotated. As a result, even when the driving source is brought from the forward rotation to the reverse rotation, the pumping action is continued, the positional relation between suction and discharge passages remains unchanged, and the discharge of the lubricating oil is carried out uninterruptedly.
