A slide device including: a fixed rail; a movable rail; a belt-shaped cover member including a coupling plate coupled to the movable rail at an end portion of the belt-shaped cover member, the belt-shaped cover member closing an opening groove of the fixed rail between a longitudinal end portion of the fixed rail and the movable rail; and a slide cover that covers a periphery of a side edge portion of the cover member, wherein the slide cover includes: an upper wall; a lower wall; and a rib disposed along a sliding direction of the movable rail and protruding in a direction toward the side edge portion of the cover member, on at least one of a surface of the upper wall facing the side edge portion of the cover member or a surface of the lower wall facing the side edge portion of the cover member.

Slide device

A vehicle seat comprising: a seat cushion frame that structures a frame of a seat cushion and that is configured to support buttocks of a seated vehicle occupant; a seat cushion pad mounted to the seat cushion frame; and a pelvis supporting portion having a push-up portion that is provided at a seat lower side of the seat cushion pad along a seat left-right direction and that, by being displaced toward a seat upper side, pushes a seat rear side portion of the seat cushion pad toward the seat upper side.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat is provided including a base section fixed to a floor of a vehicle, a pair of seat sections that are disposed opposing each other as viewed along a seat width direction, that are each supported by the base section so as to be capable of tilting between a horizontal position and an upright position, and that each include plural cushion sections disposed in series and configured to support the body of an occupant, and a hinge mechanism that attaches the pair of seat sections to the base section such that the seat sections are capable of tilting, and that couples the plural cushion sections together such that the cushion sections are capable of swinging about an axis running along the seat width direction.

A seat opening concealment structure is provided including a cover member that covers part of a vehicle seat, and that includes an outer wall including a curved face portion with a circular arc shaped cross-section profile, the outer wall being formed with an opening having an elongated profile along a peripheral direction of the curved face portion, and the outer wall being formed with a larger radius of curvature at an inner face of the curved face portion than a radius of curvature at an outer face of the curved face portion. The seat opening concealment structure further includes a rotatable body that is supported via a coupling section inserted through the opening so as to be rotatable relative to the cover member, and a concealing sheet that is provided with an attachment hole at which the coupling section is attached, that is longer than a length of the opening, that is supported at two width direction end portions of the concealing sheet so as to be slidable along the inner face of the outer wall, and that covers the opening.

Seat opening concealment structure

A vehicle seat includes a seat framework configured including a first frame and a second frame that are capable of supporting an occupant, and a link including a first swing shaft via which the first frame is coupled to one end side of the link and a second swing shaft via which the second frame is coupled to another end side of the link; a first cover that is attached to a back face of the first frame on an opposite side from a front face configured to support the occupant, that covers a back face side of the first frame; and a second cover that is attached to a back face of the second frame on an opposite side from a front face configured to support the occupant, that covers a back face side of the second frame.

There is provided a vehicle seat, including: a first support configuration section that includes a first cover; a second support configuration section that is disposed adjacent to the first support configuration section, and that includes a second cover; a double hinge that couples the first support configuration section and the second support configuration section together; an intermediate shutter that is disposed along a space between the first cover and the second cover; a first shutter that blocks a gap formed between the first cover and the intermediate shutter accompanying relative displacement between the first support configuration section and the second support configuration section; and a second shutter that blocks a gap formed between the second cover and the intermediate shutter accompanying relative displacement between the first support configuration section and the second support configuration section.

A power seat device is configured to acquire a target associated position of a tilted position, corresponding to a current position of a seatback for allowing the seatback to reach an end position in a reclining range, and a seat to reach an end position in a tilting range simultaneously. Outputs of a reclining motor and a tilting motor are adjusted so that the tilted position coincides with the acquired target associated position.

Power seat device

A vehicle seat that includes: a cushion frame rear portion that is rotatable around a rear portion shaft, whose axial direction is a seat transverse direction, with respect to a vehicle body floor portion; a cushion frame front portion that is connected to the cushion frame rear portion so as to be rotatable around a center fold shaft whose axial direction is the seat transverse direction and that is positioned further toward a seat front side than the rear portion shaft; a seatback frame that stands erect from a rear end side of the cushion frame rear portion; and a driving mechanism that moves the cushion frame front portion and the cushion frame rear portion relatively in a seat vertical direction between a non-reclining state and a reclining state, in which the cushion frame rear portion tilts downward and rearward with respect to the cushion frame front portion.

In a vehicle seat, a second parallel link mechanism is actuated in order to adjust an vertical position of a seat body with respect to a vehicle body, such that a first parallel link mechanism is moved up or down together with the seat body with respect to the vehicle body. In order to recline a seatback as an integral unit with a seat cushion, the first parallel link mechanism and the second parallel link mechanism are actuated such that an upper link is maintained in a predetermined orientation. The upper link is restricted from rotating relative to the armrest, and so the armrest is also maintained in a predetermined orientation.

A headrest includes: a main frame, left and right side frames, and left and right rotation-coupling portions. The main frame is supported at an upper end portion of a seatback. The left and right side frames that are disposed on left and right sides of the main frame. The left and right rotation-coupling portions couple the left and right side frames to the main frame such that the left and right side frames are capable of rotating with respect to the main frame about left and right up-down-extending axes. Each rotation-coupling portion includes a boss hole, a boss, a hinge hole, and a hinge.

Headrest

A headrest device includes: a front-rear movement mechanism that moves a moving member in a seat front-rear direction with respect to a base member supported at an upper end portion of a seatback; a head support section that is coupled to the moving member so as to be capable of rotating about an axis running in a seat left-right direction, and that includes a front face configuring a support face to support a head of a seated occupant; and an angle changing mechanism that includes a link member spanning between the head support section and the base member, the link member being rotated with respect to the base member about an axis running in the seat left-right direction by the movement of the moving member so as to rotate the head support section with respect to the moving member about an axis running in the seat left-right direction.

Headrest device

A power supply unit including a slide rail that has an opening at an upper side a slider that slides along the slide rail, a first connector that is fixed to one end portion of the slide rail, a second connector that is fixed to the slider, and a flexible cable that is housed inside the slide rail, that has one end connected to the first connector, and that has another end folded back and connected to the second connector.

Seat driving device

In a power seat operation device, a slider that is supported so as to be slidable in a radial direction with respect to a dial slides toward the radial direction center of the dial during rotation of the dial. A knob engagement portion that is provided to the slider is thereby disposed between a pair of slider engagement portions that are provided to a knob. This enables rotational operation of the knob to be restricted. However, during rotational operation of the knob, one out of the pair of slider engagement portions opposes the knob engagement portion from toward the radial direction center of the dial. This enables rotational operation of the dial in conjunction with sliding of the slider to be restricted.

Power seat operation device and power seat

In a power seat operation device, a micro switch is attached inside a dial that is rotatably provided to a side face of a power seat. An opening is formed inside the dial, with an operation portion of a knob to operate the micro switch inserted through the opening. There is accordingly a possibility that liquid might infiltrate into the dial, however a channel is formed inside the dial by the dial and the knob. The channel lets liquid flow downward to the lower side of the micro switch so as to discharge the liquid to outside the dial in cases in which liquid has infiltrated into the dial through the opening in a state in which the opening is positioned at the upper side of the micro switch. The channel is partitioned from the micro switch, enabling flow of liquid to the micro switch to be prevented or suppressed.
