A medical device includes an elongated medical device body; a first operating line and a second operating line inserted in an axial direction of the medical device body; and a bending operating part for performing a bending operation of a distal end part of the medical device body by pulling the first and second operating lines, at an intermediate part and a proximal end part in the axial direction of the medical device body, the first and second operating lines extending in parallel so as to be spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the medical device body, and at the distal end part in the axial direction of the medical device body, the first and second operating lines being curved and joined together so as to approach each other in the circumferential direction of the medical device body gradually toward a distal end side.

Medical device

A medical device includes a medical device body, first and second operating lines inserted in axial direction of the device body, and a bending operating part that pulls the operating lines to perform bending operation of a distal end part of the device body. The device body has the distal end part in the axial direction such that the operating lines are gradually curved and approach each other in circumferential direction of the device body toward a distal end side in the distal end part. The device body has a curved region and a parallel region such that in the curved region, the operating lines gradually curve and approach each other in the circumferential direction toward the distal end side and that in a parallel region, the operating lines extend in parallel to each other between the distal end of the curved region and distal ends of the operating lines.

A tubular body includes an elongated inner layer that demarcates a main lumen; a wire reinforcing layer that is formed by winding a reinforcing wire around the inner layer; a resinous elongated sub-tube that is arranged so as to extend along a longitudinal direction of the main lumen outside the wire reinforcing layer and demarcates a sub-lumen having a smaller diameter than the main lumen; a resinous outer layer that sheaths the wire reinforcing layer and the sub-tube; and a retaining wire. An operating wire is movably inserted through the sub-lumen, and has a tip connected to a distal portion of the tubular body. An operating part is operated to pull the operating wire to bend the distal portion of the tubular body. The retaining wire is sheathed by the outer layer, and winds together the sub-tube and the wire reinforcing layer. In a medical instrument (catheter), the retaining wire is in contact with a peripheral surface of the sub-tube on both an external diameter side and an outer surface of the wire reinforcing layer.

The present disclosure provides a medical instrument, including a tubular main body; a plurality of operating lines; an operating part main body provided on the base end portion of the tubular main body; a bending operating part which is configured to bend a distal portion of the tubular main body; a path defining part which is configured to define a path of the operating line in the bending operating part; and a deviation preventive member which is configured to prevent the operating line from deviating from a path defined by the path defining part; wherein the operating line becomes in a relaxed state when the bending operating part is in a fixation position, while the operating line becomes in a strained state when the bending operating part is in an operation position.

Medical instrument

A medical device is provided, including: a sheath portion (); a pair of operation wires (); and a turning operation portion () in which the sheath portion () is bent in a direction corresponding to the pulled one operation wire () through a turning operation. A method for manufacturing a catheter includes a process of supplying a resin material in a melted state to the periphery of a core wire () and molding a hollow tube () having the core wire () inserted thereinto; a process of arranging the hollow tube () having the core wire () inserted thereinto, on an outer peripheral side of a main lumen forming region of a tubular body part () made of resin; a process of extracting the core wire () from the inside of the hollow tube () to form a sublumen after the core wire () inside the hollow tube () is elongated and reduced in diameter to peel off the hollow tube () and the core wire (), and a process of inserting an operating wire into the hollow tube ().

Method for manufacturing medical instrument, and medical instrument

A catheter of the invention includes an elongated flexible tubular main body; a plurality of manipulation wires inserted through the tubular main body and having tips connected to a distal part of the tubular main body; a manipulation-part main body provided at a base end of the tubular main body; and a bending manipulation part. The bending manipulation part has an engagement part engaging with base ends of the manipulation wires, and individually applies pulling force to the plurality of manipulation wires through pulling operations so as to bend the distal part of the tubular main body. The bending manipulation part is provided so as to be movable with respect to the manipulation-part main body. The path lengths of the plurality of manipulation wires from the tips thereof to the engagement part are simultaneously increased or decreased when the bending manipulation part and the manipulation-part main body move relative to each other.

Catheter, catheter manipulation part, and catheter manufacturing method

The present invention relates to a medical instrument capable of enhancing the slidability of an operating wire in a lumen. The medical instrument (for example, a catheter () of the present invention) includes: a medical instrument body (a sheath ()) which has a long length and flexibility and is inserted into a body cavity; a lumen (for example, a sub-lumen ()) which is formed in the medical instrument body along a longitudinal direction of the medical instrument body; and an operating wire (). The operating wire () is accommodated in the lumen, extends along a longitudinal direction of the lumen, and is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the lumen, and the medical instrument body can be bent by an operation of pulling the operating wire (). A lubricating liquid () adheres to at least a surface of the operating wire ().

Medical instrument, and medical-instrument production method

Disclosed is an electronic component package () including a circuit board (), an electronic component (), and an adhesive layer (). The circuit board () is provided with an electrically-conductive conductor post () which is buried in a base member (), and a solder layer () which is provided at the front end () of the conductor post () while exposed from a surface () of the base member (). An electrode pad () having a metal layer () mounted thereon is provided on the main surface () of the electronic component (). The adhesive layer () contains a flux activating compound, and bonds the surface () of the base member () and the main surface () of the electronic component (). Then, the metal layer () and the solder layer () are metal-bonded.
