A resin snap cagecomprises a resin-made circular main part, a plurality of pocketsprovided in one axial end face of the circular main part, and a circular reinforcing memberinstalled concentrically at the other end face in an axial direction of the circular main part. While this reinforcing memberis circular along the circular main part, a sectional shape in a plane parallel to an axial direction is a rectangle. The reinforcing memberis embedded in a recessed portion formed at the other end face in an axial direction of the circular main partto be integrated, an outside diameter surface, an inside diameter surface, and a pocket-side surfaceof the reinforcing memberare covered with the circular main part, and a surfacethereof opposite to the pocket side is exposed. A grease composition having an apparent viscosity at &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. of 5 to 200 Pa&#xb7;s is sealed in a rolling bearing which retains a plurality of rolling elements between an inner ring and an outer ring in such a way that the rolling elements can freely roll. Thereby, there is provided a rolling bearing which has a satisfactory lubricating performance and generates less abnormal noise even under a low temperature of around &#x2212;40&#xb0; C.

The rolling bearing of the invention to be incorporated in the compressor for fuel cell system comprises a fluorine-based grease containing a fluororesin and a fluorine-based oil, a urea grease containing a urea compound and a synthetic oil or a lithium complex grease containing a lithium complex and a synthetic oil encapsulated therein. In this arrangement, the grease deterioration of the rolling bearing incorporated in the compressor for force-feeding various fluids between machines can be prevented, making it possible to provide a fuel cell system which can maintain stable operation over an extended period of time.

The present invention is to provide a rolling bearing suitable for the use under a high temperature, high speed, high load and high vibration condition, having a good rust-preventive performance and the excellent flaking life without a hazard to a human body. A rolling bearing is described, comprising an inner race, an outer race and rolling elements, with a grease composition comprising, as the main components, a base oil, a thickener and at least one kind of a rust-preventive additive made from a naphthenate or a succinic acid derivative, packed in a bearing space formed by at least the inner race, the outer race and the rolling elements, said at least one kind of a rust-preventive additive is present in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight based on the total amount of the grease composition.

A rolling bearing includes a plurality of rolling elements rotatably retained at substantially uniform intervals between inner and outer rings via a retainer, and a grease composition which contains a conductive substance in the proportion of 0.1 to 10 wt % and is sealed in the rolling bearing.

In a rolling bearing, a plurality of rolling elements are rollably retained by a retainer between an inner ring and an outer ring, while being substantially equidistantly arranged. The rolling bearing is filled with a grease composition which contains a base oil including of fluorocarbon polymer oil, and a thickening agent including a polytetrafluoroethylene. A conductive material is added in an amount of 0.1 to 10 wt %, based on the total weight of the grease composition, to the grease composition.

The rolling device of the present invention utilizes any one of 1) a lubricant containing a liquid fluorinated polymer oil having a kinetic viscosity at &minus;20&deg; C. falling within a range of between 100 mm /sec and 3,000 mm /sec and a vapor pressure at 50&deg; C. not higher than 2&times;10 Torr, 2) a lubricant containing a liquid fluorinated polymer oil having a kinetic viscosity at 40&deg; C. falling within a range of between 10 mm /sec and 400 mm /sec and having a kinetic viscosity at 100&deg; C. falling within a range of between 3 mm /sec and 80 mm /sec, and 3) a lubricant constituted by a grease composition containing a mixture of a liquid fluorinated polymer oil having a kinetic viscosity at 40&deg; C. falling within a range of between 10 mm /sec and 400 mm /sec as a base oil and a thickening agent.

The present invention provides a grease composition which is excellent in peel resistance, not to mention lubricity, as compared with the prior art products. A novel grease composition for rolling bearing is provided, comprising a base oil, an extender, an inorganic compound-based filler having an average particle diameter of not more than 2 &mgr;m and zinc dithiocarbamate.

A rolling bearing has a grease filled therein. The grease contains a perfluoropolyether oil having a straight-chain structure having a dynamic viscosity of from 40 to 160 mm,/s, preferably from 40 to 100 mm,/s, at 40&deg; C. as a base oil and a particulate fluororesin as a base oil, and a particulate polytetrafluoroethylene as a thickening agent.

The present invention provides a grease composition excellent in both rust-proofing properties and safety. The grease composition comprises a lubricating base oil and a thickener, and further comprises a lipophilic organic inhibitor, a nonionic surface active agent and a hydrophilic organic inhibitor selected from the group consisting of lanolin fatty acid derivative and alkanolamine derivative modified with a hydrophilic group each in an amount of from 0.1 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of said grease composition.
