There is provided an electric braking device for a vehicle, which includes a brake caliper which is provided to a wheel, a pressing member which is provided to the brake caliper and is driven to press a friction member to a rotary member fixed to the wheel, an electric motor which is a power source to drive the pressing member, an electric power/signal line which supplies electric power to the electric motor or allows a first electric circuit provided in a vehicle body to communicate with a second electric circuit provided in the brake caliper, and a connector which relays the electric power line. The connector includes a terminal joining portion which joins one terminal and another terminal to each other, and the one terminal and the another terminal are made of metal. The terminal joining portion is positioned inside the brake caliper.

Electric braking device for vehicle

A protector is fixed to a housing in a state where a ferrule on which the protector is mounted is accommodated in a ferrule accommodation space of the housing, and thus a release of a locking state by a locking window and a fixing hook is regulated.

Optical connector

A connector includes: a case-shaped attachment member including a through-hole; a first housing including a first fitting portion accommodating a first terminal; and a second housing including a second fitting portion accommodating a second terminal. The first housing includes an outer housing and an inner housing. The inner housing is assembled to be movable in the fitting direction and is provided with the first fitting portion. The inner housing is provided with a pressing rib. Between the pressing rib and outer housing, a second seal member is provided for sealing between the outer and inner housings. A restricting portion which comes into contact with the pressing rib to restrict movement of the pressing rib in the fitting direction is provided in a side of the through-hole closer to the inside of the attachment member.

A fixation structure for a rear cover () in which a waterproofing grommet () is fixed to the wire lead-out side (), from which a wire from a connector housing () is led out, of a connector () and which is assembled to the wire lead-out side () of the connector for () with the waterproofing grommet () in between. The grommet () is provided with a rib () that is in contact with the inner wall (protrusion ()) () to hold the attitude of the grommet () relative to the rear cover ().

Rear-cover attachment structure

A lever insertion hole () for inserting a lever () is provided in a female housing (). A rib () and a flexible lever-holding lock () are arranged on the inner wall (A) of the lever insertion hole (). The rib () enables the lever () to be inserted, through a key groove () axially provided in the outer peripheral surface of the lever (), into the female housing () only when the lever () is at a predetermined rotational position. The rib () and the lever-holding lock () are together in contact with a wall section () of a coming-out prevention groove (), provided in the lever (), to hold the lever () from coming out.

Lever-fitting type connector with rotatably insertable locking lever

A waterproof connector, comprising a pair of male and female housings () engaged with each other. The waterproof connector also comprises a grommet () covering at least one of the housings () and a fastening member () inserted from the grommet () side into the pair of male and female housings () to connect them to each other. In addition, the grommet comprises a sealing part () having a predetermined length along the inserting direction of the fastening member () and formed integrally with a grommet body () at the outlet side end part () thereof.

Waterproof connector

A connector apparatus comprises a connector, an annular member, and a cover member covering a rear surface of the connector. An engaging portion with a rear end surface is provided in the annular member. A step portion with a front end surface is provided in a rear portion of the connector. The cover member has a hook portion in the front end thereof. When the cover member covers the rear portion of the connector, the hook portion engages with the step portion. Thereafter, when the annular member is fixed to the connector, the rear end surface of the engaging portion and the front end surface of the step portion clamp the hook portion to prevent the hook portion from coming off.

Connector apparatus

A through-panel connector, comprising a female connector () and a male connector disposed on one side and the other side of panel () and fitted to each other through a mounting hole () formed in the panel (). The female connector () comprises a plurality of flexible holding ribs (). The holding ribs () are formed on the outer peripheral surface () of the female connector () opposed to the mounting hole inner peripheral surface () of the panel () so as to be extended along the inserting direction of the mounting hole () and separated from the outer peripheral surface () while being extended from the base end part () to the tip part () of the female connector () along the mounting hole inner peripheral surface (). The holding ribs () are biased and held on the mounting hole inner peripheral surface () with the female connector () fitted to the panel ().

Through-panel connector

A lever type connector comprises two connector housings, a lever which is rotatably attached to one housing and has cam grooves, and cam pins which are provided on another housing and guided by the cam grooves. Connecting or disconnecting is assisted by rotating the lever with the cam pins and the cam grooves. Guiding structure is provided between the first and second connector housings for guiding the cam pins to entry gates of the cam grooves respectively as connection of the first and second connector housings proceeds at an initial stage of the connection. According to the lever type connector, the cam pins is guided properly to the entry gates of the cam grooves of the lever at the initial stage of the connection.

Lever type connector

A lever-fit connector, wherein a rotation prevention lock () preventing a lever () from being rotated when male and female connector housing are fitted (joined) to each other is installed in the inner wall (A) of a lever insert hole () in a female housing (). A rotation lock recessed part () in which the rotation lock part (D) of the rotation prevention lock () is engageably stored is formed in the peripheral surface of the lever (). The angle of the rotation lock part (D) is set so that the rotation lock part (D) is drawn to the lever () side in excessive rotation by bringing the rotation lock part (D) into contact with the side wall surface (B) of the rotation lock recessed part ().

Lever-fitting type connector

A lever type connector comprises two connector housings, a lever which is rotatably attached to one housing and has cam grooves, and cam pins which are provided on another housing and guided by the cam grooves. Connecting or disconnecting is assisted by rotating the lever with the cam pins and the cam grooves. A lever position, at which the cam pins can be inserted into entry gates of the cam grooves respectively, is set as a start position, and a lever position, at which the housings are completely connected, is set as an end position. An attaching position of the lever, at which the lever can be attached to the one housing, is set outside of an ordinary rotation range from the start position to the end position. According to the lever type connector, it is possible to prevent uncoupling of the lever within the ordinary rotation range.

A lever type connector comprises two connector housings, a front holder, a movable guide member fixed within one of the connector housings, and a movable guide member slidably attached to another of the connector housings. The movable guide member protects male terminals at a temporary holding position and is slid by the front holder toward an end position during connection. A elastic arm for temporarily holding the movable guide member is provided within the connector with the male terminals. A release projection is provided on the front holder. A space for stowing the elastic arm, which has restored its bending, is secured behind the release projection. According to the lever type connector can prevent plastic deformation of the elastic arm for temporary holding of the movable guide member without forming an access hole by a telescoping shutoff of injection molding.

A connector set is provided with a first member including a locking device having a proximal portion formed as a protrusion ranging in parallel with an axis of the first member, a resilient beam extending from the proximal portion and being elastically deformable along the proximal portion, and a locking projection projecting from the resilient beam; and a second member configured to receive the first member in a direction of the axis of the first member, the second member including an engaging portion configured to latch the locking projection.

Connector set with a locking device

In a lever-fitting type connector, a moving plate is accommodated in a hood part of the male connector housing. The moving plate includes a plurality of temporary engagement parts that can be slidably and temporarily engaged with the male connector housing. These temporary engagement parts are arranged on lines perpendicular to a center axis of a lever in engagement with the male connector housing. The temporary engagement part is positioned on one side of the center axis, while the other temporary engagement parts are positioned on the other side of the center axis.
