A classifier including a housing to take in air flow from below into a radially outer region of an inside space; a flow deflection portion to deflect the air flow toward a center axis of the housing; and an annular rotational portion disposed rotatably in a radially inner region positioned on a radially inner side of the radially outer region, of the inside space of the housing, and configured to classify particles which accompany the air flow. The annular rotational portion includes a plurality of rotational blades arranged at intervals around a rotational axis of the annular rotational portion. The plurality of rotational blades form an outer shape of the annular rotational portion forms an angle &#x3b8; of not greater than 75&#xb0; with a segment extended in a horizontal direction from the annular rotational portion outward in a radial direction, in a side view of the annular rotational portion.

Classifier, pulverizing and classifying device, and pulverized coal burning boiler

The present invention improves the even distribution of a powder to a pulverized coal pipe. A rotary classifier including: a rotary shaft rotatably supported around a rotational axis extending in a vertical direction; a frame body supported by the rotary shaft and including an opening on the outer periphery of the frame body; a plurality of powder outlets provided along the rotation direction and opening on the upper section of the frame body; a plurality of blades extending in the vertical direction at the opening on the outer periphery of the frame body and provided along the rotation direction; and an annular member that serves as a constricting section provided so as to narrow the interval from the blades to the rotary shaft.

Rotary classifier and vertical mill

A vertical roller mill provided with a cyclone-type fixed separator that separates fine powder and allows the separated powder to flow out to the outside, the cyclone-type fixed separator being provided inside a housing, wherein the fixed separator is configured so that a solid-gas two-phase flow is introduced from a fixed blade inlet window opening on a cone into the inside and the solid-gas two-phase flow is swirled using a fixed blade attached in the inside vicinity of the fixed blade inlet window, whereby the fine powder flows out to the outside from a pulverized coal outlet in an upper portion of the vertical roller mill through the lower end side of an inner cylinder provided inside the cone, a surface layer in which the rebound coefficient of collided particles is higher than in an iron plate surface being formed in the outer surface of the inner cylinder.

Vertical roller mill

Provided is a vertical roller mill equipped with a rotary classifier for causing a plurality of classification blades provided above a rotary table and positioned around an axis to rotate about the axis, wherein: of a solid fuel pulverized by a roller, the rotary classifier guides solid fuel fine powder from an outer-circumferential-side space to an inner-circumferential-side space surrounded by the plurality of classification blades, and suppresses, by collision with the plurality of classification blades, an intrusion of solid fuel coarse powder into the inner-circumferential-side space; and each of the plurality of classification blades is shaped in a manner such that there is no interference between a scattering direction in which the coarse powder that collided with the classification blades scatters and an intake direction in which the fine powder is guided to the inner-circumferential-side space, and the scattering direction is oriented upward relative to a horizontal direction.

A mill roller () is provided with a roller main body () that rotates about an inclined axis line (O) and has an outer peripheral surface () for pulverizing an object to be crushed against the mill table (). The outer peripheral surface () is convex outward in a radial direction of the roller main body (). The outer peripheral surface () has a first outer peripheral surface () and a second outer peripheral surface (). The first outer peripheral surface () has an arcuate shape formed to have the same radius of curvature on both sides of a maximum outer diameter point (A). Mill roller and pulverizer

Provided is a solid fuel pulverizing device () provided with: a ventilation unit () configured to ventilate an interior of a housing () with primary air for supplying a solid fuel pulverized by a roller () to a classifier (); a pressure detector () configured to detect an internal pressure of the housing () relative to a reference pressure; a flow rate detector () configured to detect a flow rate of the primary air blown into the interior of the housing () by the ventilation unit (); and a controller () configured to perform control and transition the solid fuel pulverizing device () to a stopped state upon the internal pressure detected by the pressure detector () being a predetermined pressure or higher and the flow rate of the primary air detected by the flow rate detector () being a predetermined flow rate or less.

Solid fuel pulverizing device and method for controlling same

In a rotary classifier and a vertical mill, a rotary separator () is configured such that plural rotary blades () are fixed to an outer circumference portion at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction between an upper support frame () and a lower support frame (), which have a disk-like shape, wherein a tilted surface (), which tilts at an acute angle relative to a tangent line (T) to a rotation locus (G) on an outer circumference side and includes a concave portion () formed between an outer end () and an inner end (), is formed on a front surface of each of the rotary blades () in a rotating direction.

In a vertical roller mill in which a fixed-type cyclone sorter is provided in a casing, the fixed-type cyclone sorter includes a conical member; a fixed-blade entrance window through which a solid-gas two-phase flow is introduced into the interior of the conical member; a flat plate-like fixed blade that causes the solid-gas two-phase flow to spiral; an inner cylinder into which pulverized coal is guided from the bottom end thereof toward the top end thereof by means of spiraling of the solid-gas two-phase flow; and a pulverized-coal exit through which the pulverized coal guided to the top end of the inner cylinder is guided outside the conical member, wherein the fixed blade is provided with a tip portion where a downward flow is increased for the solid-gas two-phase flow guided into the interior of the conical member from the fixed-blade entrance window.

In a vertical mill, a pulverization table is supported with a vertical rotation axis core in a housing so as to be capable of being driven and rotated, and a pulverization roller rotatable in conjunction with rotation of the pulverization table is disposed above the pulverization table so as to be opposed to the pulverization table, and a roller swing mechanism is provided so as to make the pulverization roller parallel to a surface of the pulverization table and swingable in a direction different from a direction of rotation of the pulverization table. Accordingly, a solid matter such as biomass can be efficiently pulverized, thereby achieving improvement in pulverization efficiency.

Vertical mill

In a vertical mill, a pulverization table is supported with a vertical rotation axis core in a housing so as to be capable of being driven and rotated, and a pulverization roller rotatable in conjunction with rotation of the pulverization table is disposed above the pulverization table so as to be opposed to the pulverization table, and a cutter roller rotatable in conjunction with rotation of the pulverization table is disposed above the pulverization table so as to be opposed to the pulverization table. Accordingly, a solid matter such as biomass can be efficiently pulverized, thereby achieving improvement in pulverization efficiency.

A particle movement controller, being disposed between a first fluidized bed, to where particles are supplied, and a second fluidized bed, from where particles are discharged, which controls the moving amount of the particles from the first fluidized bed to the second fluidized bed, is improved to have a substantially proportional characteristic without a hysteresis. Flow rate control nozzle pipes 30a, 30b, . . . , 30j made of horizontal pipes are disposed vertically at intervals and nozzle holes 31 are formed in a lower surface of each of the nozzles. An amount of air emitted from each nozzle hole 31 is controlled using opening and closing valves 33a, 33b, . . . , 33j or flow rate adjustment valves 35a, 35b, . . . , 35j (FIG. 2).
