A dummy ring assembly for removal is provided with a plurality of dummy rings. Each of the dummy rings has a dummy shroud section fitted into a vane ring groove of a casing into which a shroud of a vane segment is fitted, and has an arc shape whose central angle centered on a rotational axis is less than 90&#xb0;. The dummy shroud sections of the plurality of dummy rings are fitted sequentially into the vane ring groove of the casing. The vane segment is removed from the casing by moving the dummy rings in a circumferential direction along the vane ring groove.

In a seal member, a turbine, and a gas turbine, a plurality of vanes includes a vane main body extending in a radial direction of an axis, an outer shroud, an inner shroud and forming a main flow path of a combustion gas between the outer shrouds and the inner shroud, and a retainer protruding from an inner surface in the radial direction of the inner shroud to the inside in the radial direction. The retainers in the vanes, which are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction via a third gap, and relative to one end of the seal member, the other end is positioned downstream in a direction along the axis in the combustion gas to close the third gap.

The axial member further includes a tapered portion which is formed on an end portion of the column-like fitting portion, and is gradually reduced in diameter from the first bolt hole toward the second bolt hole. The cylindrical fitting portion of the sleeve is formed with a tapered hole which is gradually expanded in diameter from the second bolt hole toward the first bolt hole around an axis of the sleeve.

In a gas turbine of the invention, a first blade ring portion to which first vanes are attached and a second blade ring portion to which second vanes are attached are integrally formed to form an integrated blade ring. A second upstream pressing member is arranged on the upstream side of a second upstream isolation ring which attaches a first ring segment and a second vane stage which is arranged on the downstream side of the first ring segment to the integrated blade ring. By attaching the pressing member to the blade ring portion, the pressing member pushes and fixes the isolation ring to the downstream side, and the sealing performance of a packing is maintained.

In a gas turbine, an exhaust casing and an exhaust chamber are connected by an exhaust chamber support that can absorb thermal expansion, and the exhaust chamber and an exhaust duct are connected by an exhaust duct support that can absorb thermal expansion. An insulator is mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the exhaust chamber, and the exhaust chamber support and the exhaust duct support are disposed outside the insulator in the form of a plurality of strips. Because the thermal stress at a connection portion of the exhaust chamber is reduced, the durability is enhanced.
