A loudspeaker includes a frame, a magnetic circuit, a magnetic gap, a diaphragm, a voice coil, a connector portion, and a lead wire. The connector portion is provided at the frame, and includes a terminal. The lead wire connects between the terminal and the voice coil, and has a connection portion connected to the terminal. Then, a first holder that holds the lead wire is formed at the connector portion. The lead wire is held between the terminal and the first holder as being clamped.

A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm, a magnetic circuit, and a frame. The frame includes an outer peripheral part supporting the diaphragm, a center part supporting the magnetic circuit, and a connection part connecting the center part to the outer peripheral part. The outer peripheral part molded with resin includes an inner wall, an outer wall facing the inner wall, and a reinforcing rib provided between the inner wall and the outer wall.

A magnetic circuit includes an upper plate, a magnet, a lower plate, and a center pole. The outer circumference of a frame is coupled with a diaphragm. One end of a voice coil is coupled with the diaphragm, and the other end is inserted into a magnetic gap formed between the upper plate and the center pole. The frame is provided with a through hole. An insertion part provided on the outer circumference of the upper plate is inserted into the through hole. The frame is coupled with the upper plate by bending the insertion part.

A manufacturing method of a paper making part for a loudspeaker has freedom of adjusting a characteristic and a sound quality, and has a higher productivity. Accordingly, a fibrillating step of a paper making material is achieved by an explosive crushing step. Alternatively, the step is achieved by a mixing step of a paper making material and a liquid, a material micro-fabricating step of applying a pressure to a mixed solution obtained by the mixing step so as to pass through an orifice and thereafter run into a device wall, and a paper making step including the micro-fabricated material.

The production equipment of paper-made components for loudspeakers includes a mixing device, a fining device, a paper-making device, and a shape processing device. The mixing device mixes material of a paper-made component for a loudspeaker into liquid to generate mixed liquid. The fining device includes a pressure unit, an orifice, and an inner wall. The pressure unit applies pressure on the mixed liquid to cause the mixed liquid to pass through the orifice, and the mixed liquid collides against the inner wall to cause the fining device to generate fined material. The paper-making device paper-makes the fined material to generate a paper-made component. The shape processing device processes the shape of the paper-made component. This structure provides production equipment of the paper-made components for loudspeakers, which prepares material for paper-making in a short time and reduces producing time.

A loudspeaker of high sound quality is achieved by improving rigidity of a material used for a diaphragm, a dust cap and a sub-cone. The diaphragm, the dust cap and the sub-cone of the loudspeaker are made of a paper beaten with the material containing bamboo fibers obtained from a bamboo tree aged one year or older, of which the fibers are finely beaten to an extent of micro-fibrillated form. The diaphragm and the dust cap are also made with a beaten paper containing at least 2 wt % of 'A fibers' having stems of no greater than 30 &#x3bc;m in diameter, and surfaces of the stems are fibrillated into shaggy branches having diameters of 1 &#x3bc;m or less.

An electro-acoustic transducer includes a tone generator, a vibrator, and a case. The tone generator includes a diaphragm, and a voice coil joined to the diaphragm. The vibrator includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap at which the voice coil is positioned, and a suspension made of metal and having a first end joined to the magnetic circuit to suspend the magnetic circuit for allowing the magnetic circuit to vibrate. The case is joined to a periphery of the diaphragm, and includes a metal plate joined to a second end of the suspension. The metal plate is joined to the suspensions reliably, hence allowing the electro-acoustic transducer to be manufactured stably.

Electro-acoustic transducer and method of manufacturing transducer

A mechanical resonance frequency of a vibration section of an electro-acoustic transducer having a vibrating function is measured during an assembly process, and is compared with a predetermined mechanical resonance frequency. Based on a difference obtained by this comparison, a weight to be attached and a position for fixing a vibration section to a frame is determined. In accordance with this determination, the weight for resonance frequency adjustment is attached to the vibration section, or suspension and the frame which have been provisionally fixed are fixed again. Thus, the predetermined mechanical resonance frequency can be obtained steadily. As a result, an electro-acoustic transducer having a vibrating function with stabilized mechanical resonance frequency of the vibration section can be produced.

Electro-acoustic transducer having vibrating function and method of manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing a loudspeaker comprises: continuously forming diaphragm portions and alignment portions on a band resin film; positioning one of a frame and a protector at an upper die or lower die; aligning other alignment portions formed on the frame, the protector, or the upper or lower die having the film disposed thereon, with the alignment portion formed on the film; bonding the frame and the resin film that is to form the diaphragm; and cutting a diaphragm out of the resin film. A position of bonding the diaphragm to the frame or the protector can be easily determined by aligning the alignment portion formed on the band resin film with another alignment portion provided on the frame, the protector, or the lower or upper die on which the frame or protector is disposed. Further, a conventionally-indispensable ring can be eliminated to reduce a number of components.

Method for manufacturing speaker

An enameled wire with an insulating coated layer of high laser beam absorption and with a melting layer transparent to the laser beam. The high laser beam absorption makes stripping of the insulating coating layer easy without increasing an output of the laser beam extremely large. As a result, possible wire breakage at soldering can be avoided and soldering reliability improves in assembling the small electro-acoustic transducers. An electro-acoustic transducer of the present invention is provided in the resin-molded body with an empty space in at least a place underneath a portion of soldering land, on which a laser beam is irradiated. Apparatus comprising the electro-acoustic transducer of the present invention can provide a well-stabilized soldering quality and a high reliability.
