A storage system is connected to a computer and includes a controller that processes an IO request from the computer and a storage device that reads or writes data in response to the IO request, and the controller configures a volume constituted by the storage device, manages a time at which data is stored at a virtual address of the volume from the computer, calculates a standard deviation indicating a variation in the write time to the virtual address of the volume, and outputs a timing at which a value of the standard deviation starts to decrease as a restoration time.

A semiconductor light emitting element according to the present invention is obtained by forming a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer on a substrate. The semiconductor light emitting element includes a first insulating layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The first insulating layer is formed in a position closer to the substrate than the first semiconductor layer in a first direction orthogonal to a surface of the substrate and is formed so as to protrude outward from a first surface being a surface on a side of the substrate of the first semiconductor layer as seen in the first direction. A first region where the first surface and the first insulating layer face each other and a second region where the first surface and the first electrode face each other are spaced apart in a direction parallel to the surface of the substrate.

A management computerconfigures a coordinate plane from a first axis, which denotes a performance value of a virtual machine, and a second axis, which denotes a performance value of a volume, and partitions this coordinate plane into multiple areas in accordance with a prescribed criterion. The management server computes to which area of the areas a pair configuration of a virtual machine and a logical volume belongs, and stores the result. At a prescribed time, the management serverre-evaluates a coordinate of the pair configuration, and determines whether or not an initial area and a latest area match. The management server creates a migration plan so that the latest area matches the initial area.

In an excimer lamp, rare gas and fluorine are enclosed inside a translucent ceramics arc tube. External electrodes are formed on an outer surface of the arc tube. A condition of 2.5+0.5 log(C)&#x2266;G&#x2266;14&#x2212;4 log(C) is satisfied in the case of 0.1&#x2266;C&#x2266;10, wherein G (mm) is a discharge gap in the arc tube and C(%) is molar concentration of the fluorine.

An excimer discharge lamp comprises an electric discharge container having an electric discharge space, a pair of electrodes provided on an outer face of the electric discharge container, and an electric discharge gas enclosed in the electric discharge space. Further the electric discharge container comprises a tubular side wall on which the pair of electrodes is formed, one end wall for sealing one end of the side wall, and another end wall that is provided on the other side of the side wall. The side wall and the end walls are made of sapphire, YAG, or single crystal yttria. A chip pipe is provided on the another end wall, and a partition member made of sapphire, YAG, or single crystal yttria is formed between a shortest distance of the chip pipe and the inner face of the side wall.

A excimer lamp comprises an electric discharge container in which a sealing member is provided between a lid member and an arc tube which does not contain silica, and a pair of external electrodes which are separately provided on an outer surface of the arc tube, wherein rare gas and a fluoride is enclosed in the electric discharge container, and the fluoride is sulfur hexafluoride, carbon tetrafluoride, or nitrogen trifluoride.
