A connector includes: a first connector including a first main terminal; a second connector including a second main terminal and a boss having a protruding shape; and a fitting detection circuit configured to detect fitting of the first connector and the second connector. The first connector further includes a rotatable lever used for a fitting operation to the second connector and a fitting disengagement operation from the second connector. The lever includes a lock configured to lock, when the lock contacts the boss in the fitting disengagement operation, a rotation of the lever in a state where the fitting is not detected by the fitting detection circuit and also in a state where the first main terminal and the second main terminal are connected.

Connector

A connector applied to a wire harness includes a housing housing a terminal, a front holder assembled to an end portion in an axial direction of the housing, and a restriction member assembled to the housing. One of the housing and the front holder has a latch claw portion that latches the housing and the front holder. The other of the housing and the front holder has a latch arm portion extending along the axial direction and latched to the latch claw portion. The restriction member has a restriction piece that is located adjacent to the latch arm portion that is in a state of being latched to the latch claw portion, the restriction piece restricting displacement of the latch arm portion toward a latch release side.

A packing mounting structure includes a casing having a passage part on a wall part facing a power detection terminal; packing including a seal part and an portion to be held; and a cover installed on the casing in a state in which the portion to be held is held by a hole part, and closing the passage part by the packing. The portion to be held includes a shaft part and a first flange part. The hole part includes a narrow part; an insertion hole part through which the first flange part is capable of passing; and a holding hole part configured to hold the shaft part in a state in which a gap is formed between the holding hole part and the shaft part.

Packing mounting structure

A connector includes a housing member having a fitting part that houses a terminal and is fitted to a counterpart connector provided in a connection target and a fixed part that is fixed to a fixed wall surface of the connection target together with the fitting part in the state in which the fitting part has been fitted to the counterpart connector. The fixed part has through holes, which communicate with fastening holes formed in the fixed wall surface along a fitting direction between the fitting part and the counterpart connector and into which fastening bolts fastened to the fastening holes are inserted along the fitting direction, in the state in which the fitting part has been fitted to the counterpart connector, and a screw hole into which a separation member is screwed.

A connector includes a housing that allows a terminal lead-out and an electric wire lead-out to be drawn outward in a direction orthogonal to a connector insertion/removal direction, a shield shell, and a male screw member that secures the shield shell to a fixture base in a state where the connector mating is completed when the connector insertion/removal direction is defined as a screw axis, in which the shield shell includes a first shell and a second shell each of which having a through hole respectively that allows insertion of the male screw member and configured to sandwich the housing in the connector insertion/removal direction, and includes a first pressing plate and a second pressing plate that grip the terminal lead-out in the connector insertion/removal direction in the state where the connector mating is completed.

A connector applied to a wire harness includes: a housing main body including a housing space part for housing a terminal along an axial direction, and an insertion port provided at one side of the housing space part in the axial direction and into which a counterpart terminal connected to the terminal is inserted; a lance that faces the housing space part, that is elastically deformably supported by the housing main body in a cantilever manner, that extends toward the insertion port side along the axial direction, and that engages the terminal housed in the housing space part; and a regulating contact part that comes into contact with the lance and that regulates excessive displacement of the lance toward the housing space part side.

Connector and wire harness

A connector includes: a casing that has a housing space, a through hole communicating the housing space with an external space, and an electric wire insertion hole, and that holds a connection terminal connected to a counterpart device; a wiring material that has a distal end part inserted into the housing space via the electric wire insertion hole and a conductor part exposed from a covering at the distal end part, the exposed conductor part being curved at a curved part and connected to the connection terminal; and a conductive voltage detection terminal that has a connection part connected to the exposed conductor part at a position closer to the covering than a curved part and a voltage detection part facing the through hole, and that is provided by branching from a conduction path between the connection terminal and the conductor part.

A connection terminal includes a female connection body having a housing space, a male connection body inserted into the housing space to a fitting completion position, and an elastic member supported by an inner wall surface of the female connection body surrounding the housing space, having contact point portions contacting an outer wall surface of the male connection body, and pressing the male connection body by the contact point portions. The female connection body has far-side protruding portions and inlet-side protruding portions. The outer wall surface of the male connection body has at least one of first recessed portions formed at portions facing the inlet-side protruding portions when the male connection body is inserted into the housing space and a second recessed portion formed at a portion facing the contact point portion when the male connection body is inserted into the housing space.

Connection terminal

A terminal connecting structure includes a male terminal having a rod-shaped portion, a female terminal having a cylindrical portion, and an elastic member provided in the cylindrical portion. The female terminal has indented portions. A projecting portion is provided on one of the rod-shaped portion and a central portion of the cylindrical portion. A cut-out portion is provided on the other of the rod-shaped portion and the central portion of the cylindrical portion. The projecting portion fits the cut-out portion when the male terminal fits in the female terminal.

Terminal connecting structure

A connection terminal includes a terminal main body having a female connector with an internal space into which a male connector is inserted and a contact member accommodated into the internal space of the female connector. The contact member has a first contact electrically connected to the female connector, a second contact coupled to the first contact and pushed outward in a radial direction by the male connector in the internal space to be electrically connected to the male connector, and a floating inhibiting part that applies a pressing force to the female connector, generates a force in a pressing direction toward an inner circumferential face of the female connector by a reaction force from the female connector against the pressing force, and inhibits the floating of the first contact relative to the inner circumferential face of the female connector by the force in the pressing direction.

A terminal connecting structure includes a male terminal having a plated columnar rod portion, a female terminal having a cylindrical portion configured to receive the rod portion of the male terminal therein, and an elastic member attached to the cylindrical portion of the female terminal. The elastic member energizes the rod portion toward an inner surface of the cylindrical portion when the rod portion is inserted into the cylindrical portion. The female terminal has a plurality of projection portions protruding inward from respective regions located at both sides of a central portion of the inner surface of the cylindrical portion as seen from a front view. A tip end of each of the plurality of projection portions has a curved surface which is concave toward an outer side of the cylindrical portion.

Terminal connecting structure and female terminal

A connection terminal includes a terminal main body, a contact member, a locking structure, and a position adjustment structure. The terminal main body is electrically conductive and includes a female connector. The contact member is disposed, in a first region of an internal space of the female connector, to face an inner circumferential surface of the female connector. The locking structure holds the contact member at a position thereof after completion of housing of the contact member in the internal space. The position adjustment structure adjusts the position of the contact member in the internal space. The position adjustment structure includes a locked holder disposed in the contact member and a locking holder disposed in the terminal main body.

A connection terminal includes a contact member including a first contact unit having an arcuate outer periphery that is formed along an inner periphery of the female connector and is electrically connected to a female connector, and a second contact unit that is connected to the first contact unit and pushed outward in a radial direction by the male connector inside the internal space so as to be electrically connected to the male connector, and an uplift prevention unit that is locked not to move inward in the radial direction at an outer wall surface of the female connector and is configured to prevent an uplift of the first contact unit from the inner periphery of the female connector.

A connection terminal includes a terminal main body having a female connector provided with an internal space into which a male connector is inserted and a contact member accommodated into the internal space. The contact member has at least one first locked part and at least one second locked part. The female connector has a first locking part that is arranged on a side in an insertion direction of the male connector and locks the movement of the first locked part in the insertion direction, and a second locking part that is arranged on a side opposite to the side in the insertion direction relative to the second locked part of the contact member after the completion of being accommodated and locks the movement of the second locked part in a removal direction in order to maintain the accommodated state of the contact member.

A connection terminal includes a conductive terminal main body having a female connection body, and a contact member arranged to oppose an inner circumferential surface of the female connection body in one region of an internal space. A first bulging body and a second bulging body protruding from the inner circumferential surface and electrically connected to a male connection body by sandwiching the male connection body with the contact member are provided in the other region of the internal space. The second bulging body has a first guide portion guiding the male connection body while sliding the male connection body, and a second guide portion guiding the contact member while sliding the contact member. Each of the first and second guide portions is formed in a tapered shape.
