A pedal pad in an organ-type pedal device swings about a predetermined axis when stepped on by a driver's foot. A sensor unit outputs a signal corresponding to a swing angle of the pedal pad. A reaction force generation mechanism generates a reaction force against a driver's stepping force applied to the pedal pad. A first housing holds or covers at least one of a rotation shaft provided at the axis of the swinging of the pedal pad, the sensor unit, and the reaction force generation mechanism. A second housing is made of a rigid portion having a Young's modulus greater than that of the first housing or has the rigid portion at least in part. The second housing is configured to support a portion of the reaction force generation mechanism on one side opposite to the pedal pad by the rigid portion.

Pedal device

A vehicle pedal module includes a brake pedal device and an accelerator pedal device. The brake pedal device has a brake pedal first housing configured to rotatably support a brake pedal rotating shaft and to cover a brake-pedal reaction force generation mechanism, and a brake pedal second housing configured to support an end portion of the brake-pedal reaction force generation mechanism opposite to the brake pedal. The brake pedal second housing extends from the brake pedal device to the accelerator pedal device, to have at least a part of the accelerator pedal device fixed thereto, and to be installed on a vehicle body.

Vehicle pedal module

A pedal pad in an organ-type pedal device swings about a predetermined axis when stepped on by a driver's foot. A sensor unit outputs a signal corresponding to a swing angle of the pedal pad. A reaction force generation mechanism has an elastic member that generates a reaction force against a driver's pedaling force applied to the pedal pad. A first housing covers the reaction force generation mechanism, and an opening at least on one side. A second housing is provided on one side of the first housing in a swing direction of the pedal pad. Further, the first housing has a largest opening on a second housing side, which is closed by the second housing and into which the elastic member of the reaction force generation mechanism in a non-bending state is insertable.

A pedal pad includes a plate portion having a plate shape extending in a pedal extending direction and having a thickness in a plate thickness direction, and the pedal pad is rotatably movable about a pedal shaft center that is perpendicular to the pedal extending direction by a step-on operation of a driver to the plate portion from one side in the plate thickness direction. The plate portion has one end portion in the pedal extending direction positioned lower in the vehicle than an another end portion in the pedal extending direction in a non-stepping state in which the driver is not performing the step-on operation on the pedal pad. Furthermore, the one end portion of the plate shape of the plate portion extends in the pedal extending direction, more than a position of the pedal shaft.

A physical quantity measurement device includes a housing forming a measurement flow path through which the fluid flows and a container space that houses a part of a detection unit. An inner surface of the housing includes a housing intersecting surface that intersects an arrangement direction in which the measurement flow path and the container space are arranged, a housing flow path surface extending from the housing intersecting surface toward the measurement flow path, and a housing container surface extending from the housing intersecting surface toward the container space. The housing includes a housing partition that protrudes from the inner surface toward the detection unit and contacts the detection unit between the housing and the detection unit such that the housing partition separates the measurement flow path and the container space from each other.

Physical quantity measurement device

A flow rate measurement device includes a housing having a main flow path, a sub flow path formed inside the housing to allow a part of a fluid to be detected flowing through the main flow path, an inlet portion that allows the fluid to be measured flowing in the main flow path to flow into the sub flow path, an outlet portion that allows the fluid to be measured flowing in the sub flow path to flow out to the main flow path, a flow rate detection unit that is provided between the inlet portion and the outlet portion in the sub flow path and detects a flow rate of the fluid to be measured flowing through the sub flow path, and a communication hole that is provided between the flow rate detection unit and the outlet portion and communicates the sub flow path and the main flow path.

Flow rate measurement device

A flowmeter is disposed in a passage through which a fluid flows. The flowmeter includes a first passage and a second passage. The first passage defines an opening through which a part of the fluid flows into the flowmeter from the passage. The second passage branches off from the first passage and includes a flow rate detector configured to detect a flow rate of the fluid flowing through the second passage from the first passage. The second passage has one end at which the second passage branches off from the first passage and the other end. The second passage includes at least one end opening at the other end and an inflow reducer configured to restrict the fluid from flowing into the second passage through the at least one end opening.

Flowmeter

A physical quantity measurement device includes a housing forming a measurement flow path in which a sensor support supports a physical quantity sensor. The measurement flow path includes a sensor path in which the physical quantity sensor is disposed, an upstream curved path between the sensor path and an inlet, and a downstream curved path between the sensor path and an outlet. The housing includes a measurement narrowed portion that gradually narrows the measurement flow path in a direction from the inlet toward the physical quantity sensor. An upstream end of the sensor support is provided upstream of the measurement narrowed portion in an arrangement cross section along an imaginary straight line passing through the physical quantity sensor and extending in an arrangement direction in which the upstream curved path and the downstream curved path are arranged.

Physical quantity measurement device for fluid with narrowed flow path

A physical quantity measurement device includes a housing forming a measurement flow path including a measurement inlet and a measurement outlet. The measurement flow path includes a sensor path in which a physical quantity sensor is disposed, an upstream curved path curved to extend from the sensor path toward the measurement inlet, and a downstream curved path curved to extend from the sensor path toward the measurement outlet. An inner surface of the housing includes an upstream outer curved surface that defines an outer outline of a curved part of the upstream curved path, and a downstream outer curved surface that defines an outer outline of a curve part of the downstream curved path. A degree of recess of the downstream outer curved surface is larger than a degree of recess of the upstream outer curved surface.

An air flow measurement device that measures an air flow rate based on an output value of a sensing unit attached in an environment in which air flows, the air flow measurement device is provided. The air flow measurement device may calculate an average air amount, which is an average value of the air flow rate, from the output value. The air flow measurement device may calculate a pulsation maximum value, which is a maximum value of the air flow rate, from the output value.

Air flow measurement device

A flowmeter is inserted into a main passage through which a target fluid flows. The flowmeter includes a housing, a sub passage, an inlet portion, an outlet portion, a flow rate detector, and a protrusion. The housing includes a side surface and a tip end surface. A part of the target fluid flows into the sub passage from the main passage. The target fluid flows into the sub passage through the inlet portion and flows out of the sub passage through the outlet portion. The flow rate detector is configured to detect a flow rate of the target fluid flowing through the sub passage. The tip end surface includes a first end area and a second end area. The protrusion protrudes from the tip end surface and is located in both the first end area and the second end area.

A physical quantity measurement device includes a housing forming a through flow path, and a measurement flow path branching from the through flow path. A physical quantity sensor is provided in the measurement flow path. An inner surface of the housing includes an inlet ceiling surface and an inlet floor surface which face each other and define an inlet through path that is between and connects an inlet of the through flow path and an inlet of the measurement flow path, The inlet ceiling surface includes a ceiling inclined surface that extends from the inlet of the through flow path and is inclined with respect to the inlet floor surface. A distance between the ceiling inclined surface and the inlet floor surface gradually decreases in a direction from the inlet of the through flow path toward an outlet of the through flow path.

Physical quantity measurement device for measuring a physical quantity of a fluid

An outlet of a sub passage that returns measured gas, which has passed through a flow sensor, from the sub passage to a main passage opens on an outer wall of a housing toward a downstream side in a reference direction. The outer wall of the housing includes a protrusion on the downstream side of the outlet. When the outlet and the protrusion are projected onto a projection plane perpendicular to the reference direction, the outlet and the protrusion partly overlap with each other on the projection plane. A relationship of &#x3b8;1&#x3c;&#x3b8;2&#x3c;90&#xb0; is satisfied, where: &#x3b8;1 is assumed to be an angle formed between a direction from an upstream end to a top, and the reference direction; and &#x3b8;2 is assumed to be an angle formed between a direction from a downstream end to the top, and the reference direction.
