A connector for device is configured to be attached to a device housing including a hole and configured to hold an electric wire inserted into the hole, and the connector for device includes a tube-shaped housing into which the electric wire is inserted and which is configured to be inserted into one end of the hole of the device housing, and a front holder configured to be engaged with one end of the tube-shaped housing, wherein the front holder includes an electric wire holding portion to which the electric wire is held, and a locking portion that is continuous with the electric wire holding portion and configured to be engaged with the tube-shaped housing, and wherein the electric wire holding portion is positioned inside the tube-shaped housing in a state where the locking portion is engaged with the tube-shaped housing.

Connector for device

A waterproof connector includes a housing having a fitting portion to be fitted into a mounting hole of a mating member. A packing mounting surface is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion. The waterproof connector further includes a first packing mounted on a rear end side of the packing mounting surface in a fitting direction of the fitting portion, a second packing mounted on a front end side of the packing mounting surface in the fitting direction of the fitting portion, and a retainer provided between the first packing and the second packing and locked to a locking portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion.

Waterproof connector with packing and retainer

A waterproof connector that is easy to design and manufacture and that can provide sufficiently close contact with respect to a through hole including a tapered opening is provided. A sealing member that provides waterproofness of the waterproof connector includes an inner tube portion and an outer tube portion, and the connector body includes a holding projection. The holding projection is configured to be inserted between the inner tube portion and the outer tube portion from a rear side in an insertion direction and configured to push the outer tube portion against an inner circumferential face of the tapered opening when the sealing member is received between the outer circumferential face of the connector body and the inner circumferential face of the tapered opening.

A connector includes a second housing fittable with a first housing, a slide member movable relative to the first housing along a connector fitting direction, a transmission gear member rotatably supported by a support shaft provided on the first housing, a first rack gear portion provided on the slide member along the connector fitting direction, a driven gear portion of the transmission gear member rotated by movement of the first rack gear portion in the connector fitting direction, a main drive gear portion of the transmission gear member provided on a side opposite to the driven gear portion with the support shaft interposed therebetween, and a second rack gear portion provided on the second housing along the connector fitting direction, and movable relative to the first housing along the connector fitting direction by rotation of the main drive gear portion.

Connector

A connector device has a first connector including a male terminal which is rod-shaped, and a second connector including a female terminal to which the male terminal is electrically connected, in which the second connector includes an guide portion which is made of an insulating resin, the guide portion includes a hole portion for guiding the male terminal to the female terminal such that the hole portion is formed to have a diameter larger than an outer diameter of the male terminal, at least one groove portion is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the male terminal in an axial direction of the male terminal, and a protruding portion is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the hole portion, the protruding portion being inserted through the groove portion of the male terminal to be inserted into the hole portion and connected to the female terminal.

Connector device

A shield connector has a packing. The packing has a plurality of tubular packing bodies that respectively mates with a plurality of tubular portions that respectively accommodating one or more electric wires connected to terminals in a connector housing, and have inner circumferential surfaces making contact with the tubular portions, and a connecting portion that connects the neighboring packing bodies. Each packing body has a first seal surface connected to an outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion in a connector insertion direction side out of an outer circumferential surface, and a second seal surface formed to extend in a circumferential direction and provided in a connector removal direction side. The first seal surface makes contact with the casing. Each second seal surface makes contact with each of a plurality of shield shells.

Packing and shield connector

Provided are: a male terminal which has an outer peripheral wall side of a tubular terminal connection portion as a contact point with a mating terminal; an insulating insulation member which is configured to achieve electrical insulation of a distal end of the terminal connection portion on a side of a mating connector; and an insulating housing which accommodates the male terminal and the insulation member.

A connector device includes: a first connector having a first terminal provided in a connector fitting chamber; and a second connector having a second terminal that is accommodated in a connector fitting portion to be fitted to the connector fitting chamber and has a terminal receiving portion to which the first terminal is inserted when fitting the connector fitting portion to the connector fitting chamber. The terminal receiving portion is accommodated in the connector fitting portion with a gap. The connector fitting portion is provided with slits on an upper surface and a lower surface positioned with the terminal receiving portion interposed therebetween.

In a water stop structure of a shield connector, a rear holder includes a main body disposed at a position facing the inner circumferential surface of the end portion of a shield shell in the connector extraction direction, and a protrusion formed to protrude from the main body along the electric wire in the connector extraction direction between the electric wire and the braided body. The braided body is disposed to cover the outer circumferential surface of the protrusion such that the end portion in the connector insertion direction reaches the connecting part. The tape is wrapped around the braided body in a spiral shape to cover at least the portion from the end portion of the rear holder in the connector extraction direction to the connecting part.

Water stop structure of shield connector

A connector includes a housing which accommodates terminals connected to end portions of wires therein and which has locking pawls on an exterior surface of the housing; a rear holder having locking frames which are locked with or unlocked from the locking pawls by elastic deformation, in which the rear holder is mounted on a back side of the housing, and prevents rubber plugs that contact an outer periphery of the wires from dropping off the housing; and a shield shell mounted on an outer periphery of the housing to which the rear holder has been mounted. The shield shell includes a rear end portion which is arranged at an elastic deformation region of the locking frames in an assembling process of the rear holder to the housing and obstructs the elastic deformation of the locking frames.

A connector () includes a housing () for housing a terminal () connected to an electric wire (), and a front holder () attached to the housing (), and configured to allow a connecting portion () of the terminal () to be exposed outside of the housing () and hold the terminal () in a regular position to prevent the terminal () from coming off the housing (). The housing () includes a housing locking projection () provided in the housing () with an insertion space () to allow the terminal () to be inserted in the housing () and configured to lock the terminal () with the front holder () attached to the housing () to prevent the terminal () from coming off the housing () toward the electric wire ().

A rear holder includes a paired mating members in an identical shape to be coupled with each other with contact surfaces of the mating members being in contact with each other and with the electric wires being interposed in between the mating members. The mating members form wire housing portions for housing the corresponding electric wires with the contact surfaces being in contact with each other. The mating members include engaging portions configured to symmetrically engage with each other with the contact surfaces being in contact with each other to keep an coupled state of the mating members.
