A temperature adjustment circuit includes a first temperature adjustment circuit and a second temperature adjustment circuit in which a switching part that is configured to switch between a circulation state where a heat-transfer medium is circulated through a connection circuit in which the first temperature adjustment circuit and the second temperature adjustment circuit are connected to each other and a non-circulation state where the heat-transfer medium is not circulated through the connection circuit.

The case includes: a case body including: a bottom portion; and a side wall, which is erected from the bottom portion and defines an opening portion; and a lid covering the opening portion of the case body. The case body and the lid are fastened at flange portions thereof. Battery unit having combustion resistance

A high-voltage apparatus includes a battery device, a high-voltage control device, a housing, and a cooling structure. The cooling structure includes a first cooling channel to cool the battery device, a second cooling channel to cool the high-voltage control device, a connection channel connecting the first cooling channel to the second cooling channel, and a ventilator. The connection channel has a first opening portion connected to the first cooling channel, a second opening portion connected to the second cooling channel, and an inner flow path to communicate the first opening portion to the second opening portion. A sectional area of the first opening portion and a sectional area of the second opening portion are each set to be smaller than a sectional area of the inner flow path.
