A method and circuitry for generating a trigger signal based on an oscillation signal and associated non-transitory computer program product are provided. The method includes following steps. Firstly, a calibration value is obtained according to a reference frequency and a frequency of the oscillation signal, and a counting value is gradually altered from a first initial value to a breakpoint value. Secondly, the counting value is updated to a second initial value when the counting value is equal to the breakpoint value. Then, the counting value is gradually altered from the second initial value to a final value, and the trigger signal is generated when the counting value is equal to the final value.

A pulse width modulation (PWM) based Real-time clock (RTC) system includes a voltage regulator circuit, a capacitor, an RTC circuit and an on-off logic. The switching circuit is coupled to the first oscillator and a second oscillator, and utilized for receiving a first oscillating signal generated from the first oscillator and a second oscillating signal generated from the second oscillator, and selecting one of the first oscillating signal and the second oscillating signal as the clock signal according to a status signal.

Clock generator and method of generating clock signal

A comparator is provided. The comparator includes a voltage generator, a buffer unit and a threshold control loop. The voltage generator has an output terminal for providing a reference voltage according to a constant current. The buffer unit provides an output signal according to a first input signal and a bias signal. The threshold control loop provides the bias signal to the buffer unit according to a second input signal, so as to regulate a transition threshold of the buffer unit to close to the second input signal. The output signal represents a compare result of the first and second input signals. The buffer unit and the threshold control loop are powered by the reference voltage.

An injection-locked phase-locked loop (ILPLL) with a self-aligned injection window is disclosed. In the ILPLL, a phase detector is provided to detect a phase difference between a pair of differential terminals of an injection-locked voltage-controlled oscillator (ILVCO) of the ILPLL. According to the detection, the phase detector generates a control signal, to align an oscillation output, generated from the pair of differential terminals of the ILVCO, with an injection pulse utilized in the ILVCO.
