A damping device of a window covering is provided, including a headrail, a covering material, and a driving device, wherein the driving device is located in the headrail to raise and extend the covering material. The damping device is provided in the headrail, and includes a metal member and a magnetic member, wherein at least a magnetic pole of the magnetic member faces the metal member. The metal member is located within a magnetic field of the magnetic member. Either one or both the metal member and the magnetic member is drivable by the driving device to make the metal member and the magnetic member move relative to each other. Whereby, the damping device is able to provide a desired damping effect at different temperature or after a long period use, such that the rotation of the metal member and the movement of the covering material are slowed down.

Damping device of window covering

A window blind includes a headrail and a covering structure provided below the headrail. The covering structure includes multiple slats, which can be turned, lifted, and lowered. A driving module is immovably provided in the headrail and includes a power unit. A modulation assembly includes an adjustment member which is drivable to drive an adjustment cord assembly, turning the slats. A block and tackle system is provided in the headrail, and includes a movable member, which is drivable by the power unit to optionally reciprocate in a longitudinal direction of the headrail. A lifting cord assembly is connected to the block and tackle system, and extends out of the headrail to be fixedly connected to a bottom of the covering structure. When the movable member reciprocates in the longitudinal direction, the lifting cord assembly is driven to lift or lower the covering structure.

Block and tackle window blind

A position-fixing system includes a pole, a guiding member adjacent to the pole, and a movable member fitting around the pole. The pole is immovable relative to a window covering. The guiding member includes a principal axis parallel to an extension axis of the pole, and includes a retaining face substantially extending in the direction of the principal axis, but non-coplanar with it. The movable member corresponds to the retaining face. The movements of the movable member and the guiding member are related to that of a shaft of the window covering. When the window covering is being operated, the movable member is driven to rotate around the pole, and moves along the pole and the guiding member. Due to the retaining face, the movable member keeps contacting the pole to create a friction therebetween. Therefore, the position of a covering material of the window covering can be precisely fixed.

Position-fixing system

A window covering includes a headrail and a covering material positioned under the headrail. The covering material includes a slat assembly. The headrail includes a traverse board and a pressure-dispersion structure, wherein the pressure-dispersion structure is positioned at the traverse board, and protrudes from a bottom surface of the traverse board. On a side of the pressure-dispersion structure facing the slat assembly, a pressure-dispersion area is formed corresponding to a topmost slat of the slat assembly which is closest to the headrail. When the covering material is raised and eventually contacts the headrail, the topmost slat can be controlled to contact at least part of the pressure-dispersion area, whereby to disperse a pressure applied to the slats.

Window covering

A position-fixing system for a window covering, which has a roller tube, includes a variable diameter screw, a guiding portion, and an elastic member. The variable diameter screw has a working section gradually broadening in a radial direction thereof. The guiding portion extends along an inner wall of the roller tube in an axial direction thereof. The elastic member fits around the variable diameter screw, and is movable along the guiding portion. The elastic member has a meshing portion provided on an inner side thereof to mesh with the working section, and a guided portion provided on an outer side thereof to slide along the guiding portion. When the roller tube rotates in a direction, the elastic member moves along the working section and deforms, whereby to exert a gradually increasing unit tightening force to the variable diameter screw in the radial direction, dampening its rotation.

A fixing assembly is adapted to fix a main body of a roller shade to an environment, and is adapted to be installed at an end of a roller tube of the main body. The fixing assembly includes a fixing member, which corresponds to the roller tube when installed, and a fixing support corresponding to the fixing member. The fixing member includes a connecting portion and a snap-fitting portion connected to the connecting portion with an end thereof exposed out. The connecting portion can be connected to the end of the roller tube, whereby to fix the fixing member to the roller tube. The fixing support includes a fixing portion and a snap-fitted portion provided on a surface of the fixing portion facing the fixing member. The snap-fitting portion is detachably connected to the fixing support, and can be optionally engaged with the snap-fitted portion at different positions.

Fixing assembly for roller shade

A window blind includes a first rail, a second rail, a plurality of slats, a modulation mechanism, and an adjustment unit. The modulation mechanism includes a modulation shaft which can drive two warps of the ladder tape to make a relative movement in a vertical direction, whereby to modulate the slats to turn. When the slats are turned from a first position to a second position, the adjustment unit moves a rear cord which is used to move the second rail, whereby to change a length of a segment of the rear cord between a bottom edge of the first rail and a top edge of the second rail. In this way, the second rail could be turned along with the slats which are driven by the modulation shaft, and the problem of light leakage could be improved.

Window blind

A window covering includes a fixed rail, a covering material, a lifting cord and a winding mechanism, wherein the covering material is positioned under the fixed rail, and the winding mechanism includes a reel, a rotating member and a stopper. The reel is adapted to wind up or release the lifting cord, in order to drive the covering material to move toward the fixed rail to fold, or to move away from the fixed rail to unfold. The rotating member passes through the reel. The stopper is operably pivoted relative to the rotating member. When the rotating member rotates independently from the reel, the stopper is driven to pivot, and is protruded from a surface of the rotating member, and the stopper would abut against a block of the fixed rail to stop the rotation of the rotating member. Therefore, when a covering material of the window covering is unfolded and meets an obstacle, the covering material could stop unfolding automatically.

A control structure for a window covering includes a base, a revolving wheel having an axial post, a restriction means including a bushing fitting around the axial post, a transmission member provided on a side of the bushing, and at least one pawl connected to the axial post. The revolving wheel is connected to the base. The restriction means has at least one cutting groove. The transmission member has at least one abutting portion on an inner wall thereof. The pawl is pivotable within a width of the cutting groove. When the revolving wheel is rotated forward, an end of the pawl passes through the cutting groove to mesh with the abutting portion. When the revolving wheel is rotated backward, the pawl disengages from the abutting portion, and the transmission member is rotatable relative to the revolving wheel. Whereby, it could prevent generating noise while operating the window covering.

Control mechanism for raising and lowering window covering

A support structure for a roller for a shade includes a bracket, a plug and a limit member. The bracket is adapted to fix on a fixing member, and includes a connecting hole. The plug has one end connected to a shaft tube of the shade, and the other end thereof is inserted into the connecting hole of the bracket. The limit member is connected to the end of the plug, which is provided for being inserted into the connecting hole of the bracket, whereby the limiting member restrains the plug from detaching from the bracket. By the limit member, the connection of the bracket and the plug could be strengthened, so as to prevent the shade from falling off, whereby to enhance the safety of the support structure for the shade in use.

Support structure for roller for a shade

A displacement controlling device comprises a shaft having a displacement region, a movable unit connected to the shaft and configured to move within the displacement region, a damper connected to one end of the shaft, and a restraint unit arranged between the movable unit and the damper, wherein the restraint unit is configured to be driven by the movable unit from a first position toward a second position; the damper outputs a resistance when the restraint unit is at the first position, and the damper stops outputting the resistance if the restraint unit is at the second position.

Window covering system and displacement controlling device thereof

A light blocking system is disclosed, which is adapted to be used in a vertical blind which includes a headrail, a control mechanism provided in the headrail, and a covering assembly including a plurality of slats. Each of the slats is connected to the control mechanism with an end thereof, and therefore is hung below the headrail. A gap is left between the covering assembly and the headrail. The control mechanism is adapted to turn the slats in situ relative to the headrail, or to move the slats back and forth in a longitudinal direction of the headrail. The light blocking system includes a cover plate provided corresponding to the gap, wherein the cover plate covers the gap when the covering assembly is in a closed state.

Light blocking system for vertical blind

A window covering slat includes a core material and a covering layer covering thereon. The core material is substantially long, and a surface thereof could be divided into two side surfaces and a continuous surface, wherein one of the side surfaces is on one side of the core material in a longitudinal direction, and the other one of the side surfaces is on the other side of the core material in the longitudinal direction. The continuous surface connects the peripheries of the side surfaces. The continuous surface has a flat segment provided in the longitudinal direction. The covering layer covers the continuous surface, wherein the covering layer has a greater thickness on the flat segment than on any other parts of the continuous surface.

Slat of window covering

A window blind includes an input mechanism adapted to change a location of a bottom rail, an adjustment output mechanism adapted to be motivated when the bottom rail is located at a low position, whereby to tilt slats between two positions, and an output clutch mechanism, which is adapted to be driven by the input mechanism to move the bottom rail toward a high position, and is adapted to be driven by the input mechanism to move the bottom rail toward the low position when it is at the high position. A stroke delay mechanism is provided on a transmission path from the adjustment output mechanism to the output clutch mechanism, which is adapted to delay an affected time for transmission. Whereby, only one single control module is required to adjust the inclination angle of the slats and to collect and expand the covering material.

A control device reduces an expansion speed of a covering material of a window covering system. The window covering system comprises the control device, the covering material and a weight member attached below the covering material to provide a weight force to the covering material. The control device comprises a driving module, a lifting module comprising a winding device configured to operate with the drive member and the covering material simultaneously, a damping module configured to operate with the winding device in only one direction for providing a damping force to the winding device selectively; wherein the damping force is provided to the winding device for reducing the expansion speed of the covering material when the winding device is rotated in the first direction; and wherein no damping force is provided to the winding device when the winding device is rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
