Devices, methods, and systems for monitoring and/or assessing compliance with infectious disease guidance for reducing infectious disease transmissions are described herein. The systems may include sensing devices at or within a facility and computing devices to compare data based on outputs from the sensing devices with guidance and/or recommendations for mitigating infectious disease transmission. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines and measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines, but not measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. The compliance parameters may be individually scored or scored in groups, including the compliance parameters not measureable with outputs from the sensing devices, and a score relative to a facility or group of facilities may be provided. The scores may be presented to via a dashboard.

Devices, systems, and methods for assessing facility compliance with infectious disease guidance

Devices, methods, and systems for providing security and customer service using video analytics and location tracking are described herein. One device includes a memory, and a processor configured to execute executable instructions stored in the memory to identify, using video analytics, security incidents occurring in a facility and customer service opportunities occurring in the facility, determine, upon identifying a security incident occurring in the facility, a workflow sequence for responding to the security incident, determine, upon identifying a customer service opportunity occurring in the facility, a workflow sequence for responding to the customer service opportunity, display the workflow sequence for responding to the security incident on a first user interface, and display the workflow sequence for responding to the customer service opportunity on a second user interface.

Providing security and customer service using video analytics and location tracking

The present invention relates to frameworks and methodologies configured to provide access to building devices via domain concept abstraction. Embodiments of the invention have been particularly developed to allow simplified centralised access to a wide range of building devices based on domain concept abstraction, hence isolating end users (and applications) from details as to specific attributes of individual building-level hardware devices. While some embodiments will be described herein with particular reference to that application, it will be appreciated that the invention is not limited to such a field of use, and is applicable in broader contexts.

For example, one or more embodiments include receiving an indication of a fault associated with an equipment item of a building, providing an interface via a display, wherein the interface includes a first portion configured to provide information associated with the fault based on the data, a second portion configured to provide navigation to the building, a third portion configured to provide navigation within the building to the equipment item, and a fourth portion configured to display an augmented reality visualization of the equipment item.

Interfaces for resolving maintenance activities

Described herein are systems and methods for configuring a BMS. In general terms, the present technology is focused on approaches for arranging and modeling building information data, particularly in terms of equipment categories and relationships between pieces of equipment, for example in the context of an HVAC system. This is advantageous in the sense that the likes of visualization, application creation, and reporting are able to be significantly streamlined. Various embodiments make use of an 'equipment model', being a model which defines items for each piece of equipment in a building system based on predefined standards, thus allowing for predictable descriptions (for example in terms of data points and relationships). Some embodiments combine this with a facility model, which describes a building in spatial terms.
