A vehicle body structure includes: a battery case that is disposed below a floor panel of a vehicle body and houses a battery; and a case-mounting frame that connects the battery case to a side sill provided on a side of the battery case in a vehicle width direction to support the battery case. The case-mounting frame includes a lower frame that straddles between the side sill and the battery case, and an upper frame that rises from the lower frame, supports the battery case, and is disposed side by side with the battery case in the vehicle width direction. The lower frame includes a fragile portion that is provided at a position located below the upper frame and is more fragile than another position other than the first position.

Vehicle body structure

Provided is a vehicle-mounted battery pack. A vehicle-mounted battery pack includes: a battery case, a battery module, an upper cross member, and an upper deck. In the battery module, a first battery row and a second battery row, in which a plurality of vertically placed batteries are disposed in a case horizontal direction, are disposed in a pair in a case vertical direction. The upper cross member is disposed between the first battery row and the second battery row toward the case horizontal direction, and is fixed to a first stepped portion and a second stepped portion of the battery. The upper deck is disposed in the case vertical direction and is fixed to a front end portion and a rear end portion of the battery module.

Vehicle-mounted battery pack

Provide is a vehicle equipped with a battery pack. In the vehicle equipped with a battery pack, right and left second floor cross members support a rear portion of a front seat, and right and left third floor cross members support a front portion of a rear seat. First to fourth floor longitudinal frames extend in a front-rear direction of the vehicle body between the right and left second floor cross members and the right and left third floor cross members, and are raised upward from a floor panel. The battery pack is arranged below the floor panel and is fixed to the first to fourth floor longitudinal frames.

Vehicle equipped with battery pack

Provided is a vehicle body lower structure. A vehicle body lower structure includes a battery pack that encloses a drive battery. The battery pack includes a tray and a cover member attached to an upper surface of the tray with a seal member interposed, the seal member making the inside of the battery pack liquid-tight. A battery terminal, a high-voltage junction box, a control device, and a switch, which are connection portions of an electric cable, are arranged above the seal member.

Vehicle body lower structure

A vehicle body lower structure includes a battery case, a side sill, and a case-mounting frame. The case-mounting frame has a frame main body portion and a battery case reception flange. The battery case reception flange extends to an inward side in a vehicle width direction from the frame main body portion and is joined to a lower surface of a bottom wall of the battery case. A battery support frame extending in a vehicle body forward-rearward direction and supporting a battery is fixed to the bottom wall of the battery case. A recessed portion protruding downward is provided between a joint portion with respect to the battery case reception flange and a joint portion with respect to the battery support frame in the bottom wall of the battery case.

Provided is a vehicle equipped with a battery pack. A vehicle equipped with a battery pack includes a battery pack under a floor of the vehicle. The battery pack is provided with a battery module. In the battery module, a plurality of batteries are arranged vertically with the longitudinal direction directed toward a front-rear direction of the vehicle body. The battery is formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. A center of gravity of pack of the battery pack is arranged at the rear of a center of gravity of vehicle of the entire vehicle in the vehicle body.

A vehicle body structure includes: a second floor cross member and a third floor cross member in which one end in a vehicle width direction is connected to a side sill; a battery arranged below the second floor cross member and the third floor cross member; a battery case which stores the battery and in which one end in the vehicle width direction is connected via a right frame and a left frame; cross member bent portions formed on the second floor cross member and the third floor cross member; and frame bent portions formed on the right frame and the left frame. The cross member bent portions and the frame bent portions are arranged side by side in an up-down direction.

A vehicle-mounted battery pack includes a battery tray including a floor part, a right frame, and a left frame. The battery tray includes a battery disposition region, a right impact-absorbing region, and a left impact-absorbing region. A battery module is placed in a battery disposition region. The left and right impact-absorbing regions are provided on outer sides of the battery disposition region in the vehicle width direction. The right frame and the left frame are formed to be thinner than the right and left impact-absorbing regions. Further, an easily deformable portion is formed at a lower portion of the right and left impact-absorbing regions.

Provided is a vehicle equipped with a battery pack. A vehicle equipped with a battery pack includes a floor tunnel and a battery pack. The battery pack includes a first battery accessory, a second battery accessory, and an electrical wiring. The first battery accessory is arranged inside a front tunnel portion of the floor tunnel from below. The second battery accessory is arranged inside a rear tunnel portion of the floor tunnel from below. The electrical wiring extends in a front-rear direction of a vehicle body across right and left second floor cross members, and connects the first battery accessory and the second battery accessory.

An object of the present invention is to provide: a laminate which is capable of satisfying two requirements, namely, weight reduction and fire resistance at the same time; an in-vehicle battery containing body; and a method for producing an in-vehicle battery containing body. In order to achieve the object, a laminateaccording to the present invention includes at least a first layercontaining a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin and a second layercontaining an incombustible or flame-retardant nonwoven fabric. The first layer and the second layer form an integrally molded article in which at least part of the resin of the first layer melting to combine and integrated with the second layer. In a vehicle body structure including a pair of side sills () and a battery case () joined to the side sills via respective brackets (), each side sill includes an outer panel (), an inner panel () defining a closed cross section structure jointly with the outer panel, a first stiffener () extending in the fore and aft direction in a space defined between the outer panel and the inner panel and having a lower edge joined to the lower edges of the outer panel and the inner panel, and a second stiffener () formed as a channel member extending in the fore and aft direction and having an open side facing in the inboard direction, the second stiffener having an upper edge and a lower edge attached to an outboard side of the first stiffener.

A structure for a lower portion of a vehicle body includes a right side sill (), a right floor frame (), a right cross member (), and a muffler. A fuel tank is provided on an inner side of the right floor frame () in a vehicle width direction. The right cross member () spans between the right floor frame () and the right side sill () and extends in the vehicle width direction. Furthermore, the muffler is provided in a region enclosed by the right side sill (), the right floor frame (), and the right cross member (). The right cross member () has an upward deformation guiding part (). The upward deformation guiding part () is formed to be able to be deformed upward due to an impact load (F) input to the right side sill ().

Structure for lower portion of vehicle body

A vehicle body structure includes: a pair of left and right suspensions provided below a vehicle body floor; suspension mounting portions for mounting the suspensions to the vehicle body floor; a power supply device that supplies power to drive a vehicle; a frame that supports the power supply device; and frame mounting portions for mounting the frame to the vehicle body floor, wherein the frame mounting portions are disposed at positions overlapping in a vertical direction with the suspension mounting portions.

Each side sill of a vehicle body structure includes in addition to an outer panel () and an inner panel () jointly forming a closed cross section structure (), a first stiffener () extending in the fore and aft direction and interposed between the outer panel and the inner panel and having a lower edge joined to the lower edges of the outer panel and the inner panel, a second stiffener () formed as a channel member extending in the fore and aft direction and having an open side facing in the inboard direction, the second stiffener having an upper edge and a lower edge attached to an outboard side of the first stiffener, and a third stiffener () extending in the fore and aft direction and in a transverse direction to have an outboard edge joined to the first stiffener and an inboard edge joined to the inner panel.

In a vehicle body front structure, a sub frame is fixed to front mount brackets and rear mount brackets of a pair of front side frames. A power unit is arranged on the front side of the sub frame in the vehicle body, and the power unit is supported by the pair of front side frames. A tilt surface is formed on the sub frame, and the tilt surface tilts to ascend toward the rear of the vehicle body. A rear portion of the power unit faces the tilt surface.
